Umiya Complex Phase II is strategically located in the city and has all basic resident-centric amenities. Public transports are readily available from the location and you can also avail the metro.

Umiya Complex Phase II has a very good construction quality and one can’t find such a spacious apartment at this rate in the locality. The rooms are big and spacious and well-ventilated. It is well-maintained.

Umiya Complex Phase II is a nice complex. It is 10 minutes away from the station. Share auto is available at only Rs 10 per seating. There is a children's play area on the premises.
