Good things here
It's a really nice neighborhood, with great amenities like the pool and the layout of the apartments is just perfect. Even the 2-bedroom flats are so spacious that you can comfortably live here with your family.
Things need improvement
The construction of the flats isn't good. They've used cheap materials and the workmanship is sloppy, which has led to structural problems like cracks in the walls and ceilings, which could be dangerous for residents.

Good things here
This neighborhood has everything I need � rent that I can afford, great amenities like a gym and pool, and it's in a cool area with nightlife options.
Things need improvement
The area is already in bad shape, and the security in the flats isn't enough. There's not much lighting, and the cameras they have are old and don't do much to stop crime or keep residents safe.

As a young professional, this society offers everything I need � affordable rent, good amenities (gym, pool), and a trendy location with nightlife options.
Things need improvement
Locality is in poor condition already and The security measures in the flats are inadequate, with minimal lighting and outdated surveillance cameras that do little to deter criminal activity or ensure residents' safety.

Good things here
The society has a lively and active atmosphere. There are lots of sports facilities, including a nice gym with good equipment. The flats are spacious and well-located.
Things need improvement
The common areas in the flats are messy and neglected. Trash bins are overflowing, walls have graffiti, and there's broken furniture around, which makes the building look bad.

The water supply in the flats is not dependable. Sometimes it stops, and when it works, the water pressure is weak. This makes it hard to do everyday things like showering or washing dishes.

Fancy society I mean, with the pool and flat layout its just perfect. The 2 BHKs are also so big that you can easily live here with your family.

Good things here
Fun and active environment in the society. Many sports hubs, there's is a nice gym with good equipments. Flats are perfect area wise.
Things need improvement
The common areas in the flats are dirty and unkempt, with overflowing trash bins, graffiti-covered walls, and broken furniture that detract from the overall appearance of the building.

The metro stations are very close, you can easily commute to any place from the center. There are good malls and shopping centers

Noise levels in the flats are unbearable, with loud music, shouting, and parties keeping residents awake at all hours of the night, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep.
