Moreover, the absence of a swimming pool and limited lifts per wing are notable shortcomings. Parking issues and the crowded vicinity near KEM hospital are also significant concerns. I'm really loving the location; it's super handy being close to the monorail station and having easy access to public transport. Plus, having markets and hospitals nearby is a big bonus. The parks are kept in great shape, and it's awesome that it's pet-friendly too. And don't even get me started on the quality of construction, the solid power backup, and the stunning architecture � they're all top-notch!

Dealing with the constant crowd from the nearby KEM hospital can be a bit much sometimes, and it's a shame there aren't more auto-rickshaws around or a swimming pool facility to escape to. Parking is a headache, especially with the traffic congestion and street vendors crowding around offices and hospitals. Plus, the maintenance charges seem a bit steep considering the facilities on offer, which is definitely a concern.
