I've lived in many different flats over the years, and I have to say, the construction quality of our society is by far the best. I've never encountered any major issues related to construction here, which is quite remarkable considering my past experiences. It's reassuring to know that my home is built to such high standards, providing a safe and comfortable living environment.
There are definitely some areas in our society that could use improvement. For instance, the public transport availability, especially after 8:00 p. m. , is a bit lacking, and it's something that affects me personally. The condition of the internal roads is also quite poor, with potholes causing inconvenience during travel within the society. Water supply issues are another concern that need to be addressed promptly to ensure everyone has reliable access to water. Additionally, I've noticed that the maintenance charges for the society's amenities seem quite high, which can make it feel overly expensive for me. Lastly, the lack of interaction among residents is something I've observed, and I believe fostering more community engagement would greatly improve the overall atmosphere of the society.

The society maintains cleanliness and hygiene standards well. Garbage collection and pest control are consistently on time. CCTV is installed throughout the premises, enhancing security. Security guards are also present for added safety. Lifts are available and properly maintained. The construction quality in the society is good, with occasional issues like seepage, leakage, and plaster problems being rare.
The society faces significant challenges such as the absence of nearby local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants. Connectivity is poor, with limited access to public transport near the society. Additionally, essential facilities and amenities such as a swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids are not available within the society.

Easily accessible public transportation: Having convenient access to public transportation makes commuting easier for residents. Gym area,It's great to have a gym area available within the society for fitness enthusiasts.
Lack of swimming facilities,Not having access to a swimming pool can be disappointing for residents who enjoy swimming for recreation or fitness. Absence of parking allotment,the absence of designated parking spaces can lead to inconvenience and potential conflicts among residents. Market distance,while daily necessities are nearby, not having a market within close proximity may be inconvenient for some residents.

Society ki connectivity acchi hai; autos mil jate hain, aur bus stop sirf 200 meter door hai. Society ka mahol bahut shant hai; shaam ko 5 baje ke baad thandi hawa aati hai, jo bahut accha lagta hai. Ek 40000 square feet ka podium hai, jisme garden hai. Residents achhe hain. Ventilation acchi hai aur sunlight aati hai. Society saaf-suthri hai, aur lifts ache taur par maintain kiye gaye hain. Pani kaafi milta hai. Security bhi acchi hai, aur flat mein kisi bhi tarah ka leakage ya seepage ka issue nahi hai.
Society mein koi bhi modern amenities jaise gym, swimming pool, etc. nahi hain. Maintenance ki taraf se kuch sudhar ho sakta hai aur improve kiya ja sakta hai.

The maintenance of the society is good, and connectivity is very good. There are no issues with anything, and everything is easily accessible nearby the society. Grocery markets and schools are available, and people who have to travel daily have access to public transport facilities. The people of the society are kind and helpful, and cultural events like Holi, Diwali, Durga Puja, and New Year are celebrated. Parking area is also sufficient for people who have their own vehicles.
The major issue with society members is water supply, and maintenance should be enhanced. Additionally, amenities should be added. Otherwise, everything is good and accessible.

The roads outside the society were fine. There was no leakage or seepage in the flats. We had water 24/7. The maintenance of the society was very good, and the society was clean. The lifts were well maintained.
It was quite difficult to find autos near the society as it was in a remote area. There were limited amenities, with only a garden available; there were no facilities like a gym or swimming pool. The society was not favorable for bachelors, and the residents were not cooperative with them.

Rooms of the apartment is quite spacious,isolated and noice proof. Crowd of the people is good all the festivals are celebrated in the society,overall good socialism in the society.
Connectiivty with local tranport is concern like auto cabs are not easily available near by the society. There are no amenities in the society even paking has to be purchase by the owner. Build quality is poor,there are leakage seepage pesticides issues in the apartments. Cctvs are not well maintained in the society.

The flats had good ventilation, and there were no leakage or seepage issues. Autos were easily available near the society. The society was clean, and there was open space where we could walk.
The roads outside the society were not good at all. In the society, the water supply was from the corporation, so if you didn't store it in the morning, you wouldn't get water throughout the day.

Connectivity is good. Schools, Hospitals is near. Construction quality is good. Community here is good. Its a gated society.
No gym, swimming pool and clubhouse here. Traffic issue during peak office hours.
