Things need improvement
The absence of fire exits and additional staircases in the society poses significant safety risks, jeopardizing residents' well-being during emergencies. The congested building layout further exacerbates these concerns. Moreover, the neglect of the gym's maintenance hampers residents' access to essential recreational facilities, highlighting poor management priorities. Urgent action is necessary to rectify these critical shortcomings.

Good things here
The society is built very well, with no problems like seepage or termites and good ventilation. There are well-kept amenities like a gym, garden, play area, and clubhouse. It is conveniently located with easy access to public transport such as buses, autos, and cabs, and the roads are in good shape. Nearby, there are schools, hospitals, and markets. Parking, electricity, and water supply are dependable. The neighbors are friendly and cooperative, and there's always a security guard for safety.
Things need improvement
The lift maintenance in the society is lacking, often leading to inconveniences for residents. Cleaning services are not timely, which affects the overall cleanliness and hygiene of the premises. Additionally, the garbage collection is not managed properly, resulting in waste accumulation and potential health hazards. These issues detract from the otherwise positive living experience and need immediate attention to ensure a comfortable and pleasant environment for everyone.

Good things here
Society is very well maintained,all the modern amenities are present and even in fully functional condition.Build quality is great and no presticides issues in the society.Security system and cleaniness is top notch in the society.auto,cabs are easy to catch near by the apartments.

Society has provided only owners parking,there is no visitors parking in the society

Good things here
The flats are quite well-ventilated, and sunlight streams in nicely. The people are very friendly, and festivals are celebrated with enthusiasm. Autos and buses are easily available near the society, and the roads outside the society are well-maintained. The society is clean, and water is available 24/7. There's plenty of parking for residents, and there are no issues with leakage or cracks in the flats.
Things need improvement
The society lacks modern amenities, and the metro station is not within walking distance. There's no parking available for visitors in the society, and it's not pet-friendly as nobody owns pets.

The roads of this area are partially damaged and therefore, frequent traffic jams are detected.There is no metro station available nearby to the place.The area is unhygienic and filthy .
