Good things here
The apartment was quite calm and peaceful there,which has enhace living experience .
Things need improvement
I was residing there on top floor ,used to face leakage issue , lift was not working well ,as i was living bachelore there ,i was not allowed to use any of there amenities .

Good things here
Atmosphere of the society is very pleasent and very calm. There is no any pollution around the society. Connectivity like autos and cabs are available.
Things need improvement
Maintainanace charges may increased. Railway station is very far from the society.

Good things here
Singles are welcome here, and the buildings are solidly built. Plus, you can't beat the location with great connectivity and easy access to local transport. Amenities are kept in top shape, and there's designated parking for both visitors and residents.
Things need improvement
There's room for improvement in the issue resolution process, and the society could step up its maintenance game. Overall, everything else in the society is pretty great.

Good things here
Society is top notch in terms of connectivity,within the range of 100 meter you will connect with metro, local railway station. Maintenance facilities is big plus. build quality is great. power back up facilities were there in the society.
Things need improvement
Society does not have parking area,whole building consist of only one parking. this society is one stand alone building which doest not consist of any amenities.

Schools,hospitals are near by the society,good connectivity.society is very neat ,clean and hygenic environment.security is very good,cctv and security staff are on entrance.crowd of the people are humble and kind.

There is no amenities present in the society,which is the major drawback.visitors parking has not been provided.
