Good things here
Connectivity, such as cabs and autos, is easily available in the society. Water facilities are excellent, comparable to other apartments. Garbage collection is very efficient; they collect wet and dry waste separately. The cleaning of the society is very good. There is a visitors parking area in the society, which can accommodate 10-15 cars. Security in the society is top-notch. People are very friendly and cooperative. Schools nearby the society are convenient. Hospitals are also available within a kilometer from the society.
Things need improvement
Amenities like swimming pool, club house, and gym are not available in A-block; they are only available in B-block. These amenities have been pending construction for the last 7 years, and the builder has not taken any action to address them in A-block. Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. Due to ongoing water issues in Bangalore, maintenance charges may increase. Construction quality is poor; there are some cracks on the walls of the building.

I moved out of this society around 3 years ago. During my time there, the location was excellent as it is situated at the center of the city, with all necessities such as vegetables, fruits, and groceries easily accessible within walking distance. Hospitals and schools are also conveniently located within a 2km radius of the society. The amenities within the society are commendable, including ample parking space, a swimming pool, and outdoor play areas. The maintenance of society is efficient, with regular garbage collection and disposal, as well as 24/7 water supply. Additionally, the maintenance charges are reasonable. The buildings within the society are new and well-constructed, devoid of any issues related to construction.
Things need improvement
This society is in the developing stage, so there are no major amenities such as a clubhouse or indoor games. Additionally, the ventilation inside the flats is not great.

The water facility in the society is unreliable, causing inconvenience to residents. Additionally, ongoing construction delays the availability of the gym, further inconveniencing residents. Public transportation options like buses are distant, making commuting challenging. Moreover, the lack of nearby hospitals within a reasonable radius exacerbates the inconvenience during emergencies.

Compared to other apartments, ours offers spacious rooms with ample furniture, excellent ventilation, and sunlight. Within the community, we have convenient access to supermarkets, groceries, and essential amenities. Additionally, nearby facilities such as schools, hospitals, and shopping malls enhance convenience. The road quality is superior, with available street lights and adequate parking. Our extensive range of amenities includes a swimming pool, badminton court, gym, clubhouse, and more. The overall cleanliness and hygiene of the surroundings are well-maintained, with regular garbage collection. Our cooperative community celebrates various festivals together, fostering a strong sense of unity.

Water problems have emerged, and the kids' play area equipment is damaged, impacting the community. These issues require immediate attention from the society management for resolution.

The water facility is good, available 24/7 in the society. Power backup is also available in the society. Maintenance charges are very reasonable, priced at 2000 rupees. Hospitals are all available within a walkable distance for emergencies, which is convenient. Schools are also there within a walkable distance, approximately 300 meters from the society, on the right gate of the society. Medical shops, fruit stalls, and dental hospitals are there in the society. People are very friendly and cooperative in the society. "

Cabs and autos are available at the corner of the society on the main road, which is inconvenient. Ventilation is not good in my flat. The builder is not reliable; he fails to complete what he promises, especially the amenities' works. The association has completed the amenities' works. "

Best location in whitefield, near by hospitals, schools, all IT companies, Metro station. All are IT employess are staying in the flats

Good ventilation and cooperative residents make living pleasant, with festivities like Christmas, Holi, and Diwali celebrated joyfully.
