Good things here
Connectivity in the society is excellent. The construction quality is top-notch, with no issues of leaks or seepage. The residents are very friendly. The society offers well-maintained amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and a kids' play area. Maintenance charges are reasonable, and the security systems are excellent, ensuring a very safe environment. Water facilities are reliable, and there are power backups available. The greenery in the society is well-maintained. Additionally, facilities like grocery stores, supermarkets, and small clinics are all within walking distance, making it very convenient.
Things need improvement
Maintenance for the lifts is carried out regularly. However, there is traffic noise outside the society.

Good things here
The society has a lot of greenery, which is a big plus point. It has all modern amenities, maintained cleanliness, 24/7 water supply, decent residents, and celebrates all festivals. Autos, buses, and cabs are easily accessible on the main road of the society.
Things need improvement
The society does not have a metro station nearby. There are some issues with leakage in the kitchen and seepage as well. Additionally, the swimming pool has not been functional for three years.

Good place. Nice community. Well connected. 6 lane road, direct to airport. Takes just 25mins to reach airport without toll.

None. In fact its a good place. Well connected and hardly takes 25mins to airport that too without toll.

There is enough security in place. The society is a very good place for kids to enjoy as well as for adults to socialise. The spa and jacuzzi help people to relax from the hectic workdays.
