Good things here
Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and table tennis are maintained well in the society. There is an auto stand nearby that is accessible, and connectivity like cab services is available if we book. The parking area is very spacious in the society, and there is also a visitor parking area. Water facility is very good, available 24/7 in the society. Power backup is also available in the society. Garbage collection is very good in the society; they will collect wet and dry waste separately on a daily basis. People are very friendly, cooperative, and respectable in the society.
Things need improvement
Public transportation like buses is not available in the society. Construction quality is poor in the society; there are many leaks and seepage issues in bathrooms and bedrooms in the flats. Maintenance charges are expensive in the society, around 6000 rupees that we are paying.

Connectivity like cabs and autos are easily available in the city if we book Ola and Uber in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. There is a children's hospital nearby in the society. Facilities like grocery shops and supermarkets are available within a walkable distance from the society. Schools are also nearby, within 1 kilometer from the society. Security is very good in the society, ensuring safety. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and badminton court are well-maintained in the society.
Things need improvement
Parking area is very congested in the society, and there is no designated visitors' parking area in the society. Public transportation like buses is available but far from the society, around 3 kilometers away, which is very inconvenient. However, there is a nearby metro station, which is very convenient for the residents.

Maintenance charges are very expensive in the society. Offices are very far from the society. Roads are very bad in the society, and there are also traffic issues because the main road is nearby.

The association is commendable; they promptly address any small issues that arise. The residents are friendly and come together to celebrate festivals like Onam, Ugadi, Holi, and Diwali. Amenities such as the swimming pool, gym, and table tennis are conveniently located. Situated on the main road, residents enjoy easy access to public transport, supermarkets, shopping malls, schools, and hospitals within a 50-meter radius. Security is top-notch, with CCTV cameras installed in every block.

Improvements are required in the playground area to enhance its quality and features, ensuring a safer and more enjoyable environment for children and residents to engage in recreational activities.

The community is very good in the society, with people being very friendly and cooperative. Water facility is excellent, available 24/7 in the society, and power backup is also available. Lift maintenance is also good, with repairs being promptly resolved. Hospitals are located below 1 km from the society, which is convenient for emergencies. The roads are new, and parking space is also very spacious for everyone in the society.
Things need improvement
The charges are expensive in the society, around 5500 rupees. Unfortunately, there is no public station near the society, which is inconvenient. Additionally, the metro is also far from the society, approximately 8 kms away.

Good things here
As a senior citizen, I am quite happy with the facilities inside the society, such as the yoga class, especially for children and senior citizens, and the regular medical campaigns and frequent visits of doctors. The people of the society are also good. The amenities, such as a swimming pool, community hall for gatherings, play areas for children, and good walking paths, are all appreciated. There is also a temple, a few schools, and hospitals, all within less than a kilometer. I've never faced any complaints regarding water seepages or leakages because of good construction.
Things need improvement
The society is located near the main road and there are often pollution problems for residents.

The location is convenient, with supermarkets, shopping malls, schools, and hospitals within walking distance. Maintenance is impeccable, with no issues concerning water or power backup. The construction quality is excellent, and the area is free from pollution.

There are traffic issues during school and office hours, causing congestion and delays in the area, highlighting the need for traffic management measures to improve flow and safety for commuters.

The badminton court has low ceiling height, while the walking area is spacious, ideal for evening strolls in the tranquil environment. Within a 4 km radius, essential facilities like vegetable markets, hotels, and clinics are accessible. Regular garbage collection is undertaken in my flat. The amenities include a gym, clubhouse, table tennis, badminton court, children's area, and walking track.
Things need improvement
The cleaning staff are not adequately maintaining the common areas, resulting in occasional dirtiness. Additionally, there are issues with plaster breaking and water leakage on one of the balconies. Ventilation problems persist, and the swimming pool is not properly maintained. Some Ola and Uber drivers charge higher fares to reach this location.
