Moreover, the people in our society are incredibly friendly and respectful, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all residents.
The construction quality in the society is subpar, evident from the presence of both external and internal cracks. Additionally, the frequent water drips inside the flats during rainfall are highly inconvenient and indicate issues with waterproofing. The surrounding community is friendly and cooperative, fostering a harmonious environment.

The society benefits from excellent connectivity, situated within a 1km radius of supermarkets, schools, and clinics, ensuring convenient access for all. Public transportation options, including bus stops, are easily reachable within the same distance. Maintenance standards are exceptional, with all amenities well maintained. Security within the society is good, due to a comprehensive CCTV system. The construction of the society's flats is of high quality, having well-designed layouts and structures.
The primary concern about this society is there is a plastic plant near the society and sometimes bad smell comes from that which is inconvenient for residents.

Garbage collection is very good; they will collect wet and dry waste separately in the society. Roads are very good. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. People are very friendly and respectable in the society. The greenery of the society is very peaceful, and there are many walking places, making it very convenient. Amenities like kids' play area are very spacious, and there are also swimming pools, clubhouses, gyms, table tennis courts, and football courts available and well-maintained in the society.
Connectivity like cabs and autos are not easily available in the society; even if we book, it won't be available, as it cancels autos and taxis in the city. Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. The metro station is far from the society, around 5 kilometers away. Public transportation like buses is available, but it's between 2-3 kilometers away from the society.

The metro is under construction, so there is some pollution in the society due to construction activities. Construction quality is not good; there are some leakages and seepage issues in the walls of the flats in the society.

I moved out of this society around 4 years ago. During my time there, the environment of the society was peaceful because it was situated a bit far from the city center. Inside the community, residents have all major basic amenities available such as a clubhouse with a gym and indoor game facilities, a swimming pool, and good open space with ample parking options. The security is also good, and the residents are friendly with everyone. The maintenance facilities are good, with a regular water supply for everyone, and the elevators are well-maintained with regular inspections. There are a few preschools near the community, and cab availability is also good through app bookings.
There is a garbage dumpyard near the community, and because of that, a foul smell always causes inconvenience.
