Living in this project, the neighbourhood is close to the station, and there are markets around with fresh vegetable markets. A good selection of cuisine is offered in the evenings.

The neighbourhood is about ten minutes from the railroad station. There is a nearby retail centre, and a local market selling fruits, vegetables, and other foods is also close by. There are grocery stores, a ladies' parlour, and several more establishments nearby.

Great undertaking in a calm environment. The project and building quality are acceptable, but the sales team's assistance, cooperation, and responsiveness—all of which were always excellent—were the standout features at Kesar Scion.

Beautifully designed home in the Kesar Scion community with lush, green lawns, a well-planned layout with a clubhouse that can accommodate a variety of indoor activities, a children's play area, a double indoor badminton court, and much more than has yet to be discovered.

The area around the Kesar Scion project is at risk of water logging, which might be an inconvenience during rainy seasons. Although being well-built, the infrastructure need more maintenance.
