Good things here
Well managed and vibrant society with all amenities you need including indoor badminton court, gym, club house, big swimming pool, grocery shop, cricket practice nets, water meter, piped gas connection, Cauvery and borewell water, Centrally located to offices, schools, malls, hospitals, metro etc.

It is a good and wellmaintened society. The people are good and educated here. The festivals are celebrated with good enthusiasm.

The security is rude, the gym has no AC. Indoor game area is unorganised and overcrowded by people most do the time.

The maintenance of the entire apartment is very clean, and security, including CCTV cameras, is excellent. Within a 1 km radius, all amenities such as malls, shops, and clinics are readily available, enhancing convenience for residents. write easy english

The owner failed to pay the deposit for the small flat within the community, causing concerns among residents in the society regarding financial responsibility and adherence to regulations.
