Big society with ample space for walkers inside campus. Fully functional big swimming pool and kid's pool. Clubhouse and community hall available for private or community functions. Kid's play area, Cricket practice net. Half basketball court, full lawn tennis court. Clean Garden and sitting area
No big concern as such. The garden area needs to be trimmed regularly. Basement parking should be well marked with flat numbers.

The positive aspects of this society are notable, particularly in the provision of open spaces that offer residents an excellent environment for walking and cycling. Connectivity within the society is also commendable, with easy access to groceries and vegetable stores within a 500-meter radius, and all basic amenities, such as schools and various shops including a salon, within a 1km distance. Maintenance facilities are well-managed, with regular garbage collection and cleaning services maintaining cleanliness. Security within the society is robust. Additionally, the society offers a range of amenities including a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, kids' play area, and well-appointed seating areas. Furthermore, reliable power backup options are available.
The major problem in our society is traffic congestion within a 1km radius, primarily caused by the railway gate near our community. Sometimes, it takes an excessive amount of time to open the gate, leading to inconvenience and wasted time for commuters. Additionally, there is a lack of greenery within the society premises. Another significant concern is the water shortage issue, particularly during the summer months.

Water facilities are very good, available 24/7 in the society. Amenities like the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, badminton court, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained in the society. Connectivity, like cabs and autos, is easily available if we book through Ola and Uber in the society. Power backup is available in the society. Garbage collection is very good; they collect and dry separate waste in the society. Hospitals are available within a 1-kilometer radius from the society for emergencies. Schools are also available within the society within a 300-meter radius. Ventilation in the flats is very spacious, providing ample sunlight and fresh air.
Construction quality is not good; there are some minor issues in the flats, such as leakage in walls, and there are also some drainage issues in parking areas. Public transportation, like buses, is available 1 kilometer away from the society, which is very inconvenient. Cleaning of the society should be improved outside of the society. Roads inside the society are not in good condition.

Garbage collection is excellent; they collect and segregate waste at a particular time. The parking area is very spacious. Amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, football court, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained. Visitor parking is also very spacious. We celebrate every festival like a family in the society.
Public transportation, like the bus stand, is quite far from the society, around 2 kilometers away. Autos are not readily available nearby, which is very inconvenient. Construction quality is somewhat lacking; there are some leaks in the bathrooms and bedrooms in the walls. Maintenance charges are expensive, which is very inconvenient, especially now that they have increased.

The ventilation of the flats is very good. Facilities like markets, fruit stalls, and small grocery shops are available inside the society. Water facility is very good and available 24/7 in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable, around 4000 rupees in the society. Cabs are available if we book Ola and Uber. Public transportation is also good on the main road, which is convenient.
Construction is still ongoing, causing disturbance in the society. Additionally, pollution is present due to the proximity of the main road to the society.

Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym are well-equipped and maintained in the society. A grocery shop is available within walking distance from the society. Schools are also available within a walkable distance, approximately 300 meters from the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society.
Construction quality is not good in the society, and there are some seepage issues present. The metro is far from the society, approximately 2 kms away. Traffic issues are irritating during the nights.

In this society, the primary issue lies in occasional water supply problems, which sometimes lead residents to purchase water. Furthermore, the location's attractiveness is offset by intermittent heavy traffic nearby.

The society is situated behind the Hudi railway station, a bit away from the main road. Outside the community, small grocery shops and vegetable markets are available. The construction quality is excellent, with not even small cracks in the buildings. Amenities are top-notch, including a swimming pool, a clubhouse for festivals and events like anniversaries, and a gym. Additionally, there is an instant mart inside the community where residents can buy food items such as butter and chocolates; this works like a vending machine. Other facilities include a tennis court, a badminton court, and a playground for children. The pool is notably large compared to other societies.
The location is not great as it is situated away from the main road. Sometimes cab bookings are canceled due to the location, and even the bus stop is quite far, requiring around a 20-minute walk to reach.

This is one of the best-gated communities in Bangalore due to its overall facilities and excellent connectivity to several schools, hospitals, supermarkets, and shopping malls, all within a 2km radius of the society. It presents a promising investment opportunity. The amenities are well-maintained, including a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, badminton court, and ample green spaces for children to play. The residents benefit from a proactive association that is readily available for any concerns or queries.
The main problems are irregular cleaning and occasional water shortages. Also, the buildings have some construction issues causing leaks sometimes.
