Good things here
All public transports are easily available around the society like auto, buses and cabs are easily accessible. The connectivity is excellent around the society. Market areas, grocery store, schools, restaurants all are nearby the society. The society maintainance is very good, it's kept clean and hygine is maintained properly. Any issues that arise are promptly resolved on time. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. CCTV cameras are installed. Security system is very good in the society. Lifts are available and it functional properly. There is no major problem in water and electricity supply, it's always available. Rooms are very well ventilated. The neighbours are very good and cooperative in the society. I like the parking spacee in the society. Visitor's parking is also available. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People are friendly, educated and cooperative, all the cultural festivals and events are also celebrated together.
Things need improvement
The construction quality of the buildings is good, Some flats have got seepage and leakage issues. Stray dog issues are faced a lot in the society but security manages that part.

It provides generous parking options with covered basement and two-floor parking across two phases. The spacious flats, starting at a minimum of 900 square feet, ensure a comfortable living space. Residents benefit from a well-kept and tidy environment, with easy access to essential facilities like public parks, hospitals, malls, and stores within a 5-minute radius. Regular activities enhance the community spirit.
Things need improvement
The society, though 12 years old, lacks satisfactory construction quality. It lacks water harvesting facilities, relying instead on tanker water supply. Additionally, the positioning of front buildings exposes residents to road pollution and noise disturbances. Evenings witness significant traffic congestion outside the society. The gym is poorly maintained, and there are complaints of drainage odors in washrooms and kitchen sinks. Furthermore, the playground is relatively small, and the swimming pool remains closed due to leakage issues and lack of water.

Parking space is available and quite spacious, with visitor parking space also provided. The society is kept clean, and hygiene is maintained properly. No major traffic issues are faced outside the society. Regular garbage collection is done on time, and pest control is carried out promptly. Additionally, there are no major issues regarding water supply and electricity in the society.
Things need improvement
The construction quality of the buildings is not good, as seepage and leakage issues are observed in the buildings and bedroom areas. Additionally, leakage is also seen in the parking area. Seepage issues are prevalent as well, indicating that the buildings are not very well structured.

There is nothing as such grand to be liked in the society the people are just living here because committee Members really need to work a lot to improve in the society.
Things need improvement
There is a lot of issue traffic issue faced, public transport are not available thiere are also problem with maintainance, its is very poor, issues are there but are not resolved timely. There is problem in the construction as well because the material used is not of good quality. Amenities are also not great. People are not nice here. Society is just below the average.

Local market is nearby. Schools and Hospitals are also close. Construction quality is good. Swimming pool, garden available, gym, clubhose are there. CCTV are functional.

THere is bit of noise pollution due to ongoing construction nearby.

Good things here
Transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory with easy availability of cabs and autos nearby. Maintenance quality of the society is also fine with no water supply or logging issues. Construction quality is also good with no seepage and leakage issues. Amenities like gym, play area for kids, swimming pool and clubhouse are available. The plastic and fitting quality inside the flat is good. The neighbourhood is cooperative. CCTVs and Elevators are installed.
Things need improvement
Although, the society provides all basic facilities, paintings in the common area are not done timely.

Festivals are celebrated within the community, fostering a sense of belonging. Both owners and visitors have allocated parking spaces in the society.
Things need improvement
The apartment's construction is over 13 years old, yet no painting or renovation work has been undertaken. Additionally, there are seepage issues present within the apartment.

Society me garba and yoga sikhane ke liye trainers ate the. security bohot acchi thi . parking and water supply ya koi construction ka kabhi koi issue nhi aaya. sari amenities proper maintained thi . agar kabhi vegetables vagera kharidhne ka time nhi mila toh socity me hi ek vendor ko bulaya jata tha vo bohot acchi baat thi. sare festivals jaise holi ganati sab milke grand level me celebrate krte the. society bohot jada clean thi and maintained thi.

Kyu ki aaju baju me bohot construction chalu raheta tha us vajaha se hume thoda bohot air and noise polution ka issue hota tha. society highway se thoda dur thi. swimming pool use krne ke liye dedicated time tha tab hi use kr sakte the.

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. Balcony is available, it is spacious. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is very good. Security system is very good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Security apps are available. Facilities like play area for kids and garden is available. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together. Visitor's parking area is available. Highway is nearby the society.
Things need improvement
The constructuion quality is not good, no such issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues were faced in the society. Painting is not done on time. Other facilities like gym, swimming pool, club house, are not available in the society.

Overall my living experiece in that society was really good as there were essentials and local market approachable near by the society.Even though local transport were easily available in the society.All the modern amenities like swimming pool,club house gym area kids play areas was there in the society and everything well maintained.
Things need improvement
The major drawback in that society was regarding the water supply only whole year there are issues regarding the supply of the water.
