Good things here
Connectivity is very convenient if we book an apartment nearby. Water facilities are very good, and power backup support is also available. Public transportation is easily accessible from the nearby area. Amenities like swimming pools, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available. Construction quality is very good; there are no leaks or seepages in the society. Maintenance care is commendable. We can celebrate all the festivals in the society; there's a joyful atmosphere. Water is supplied from both borewells and tankers in the society. The greenery is very pleasing; it provides peace. Security in the society is very good. Hospitals are available within the vicinity, which is very convenient. There are also doctors available inside the society, which is beneficial for emergencies.
Things need improvement
Public transportation spots are only available quite far from our society. The metro station is also quite distant, around 8 kilometers away from the area.

The surroundings are lush with greenery, and the association promptly addresses residents' concerns, ensuring quick resolution of plumbing and electrical issues. Convenient connectivity within 500 meters to bus stops, supermarkets, theaters, and shopping malls is facilitated by good road quality and functioning street lights. Adequate parking space is available, and maintenance is commendable with daily cleaning and ongoing painting. Lift maintenance is satisfactory, and amenities like a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, table tennis and basketball courts, kids' play area, walking track, and garden enhance the community living experience. The residents are friendly and engage in conversations with each other, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
Things need improvement
The society grapples with traffic congestion issues originating from outside, causing delays and inconvenience for residents and visitors navigating through the area on a regular basis.

Good things here
Connectivity like cabs and autos are easily available if we book Ola and Uber in the society. People are very friendly and cooperative in the society. The water facility is excellent, available 24/7 in the society, with power backup also available. Garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately at a particular time. People are very friendly and respectable in the society. Cleaning of the society is very good, both inside and outside. Maintenance of the lift is also very good; it's a big lift, and if it requires any repairs, the association handles it well. The atmosphere of the society is pleasant and it's a decent area to live in.
Things need improvement
Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. The construction quality is poor, with some seepages and leakages issues in the society, which is very inconvenient. Cleaning outside of the society is not good and should be improved.

Maintenance is excellent, with association members always helpful, elevator issues are rare due to monthly services, and the water supply is reliable. Amenities like the gym, swimming pool, and play areas are well-maintained with regular checkups. Overall, the society offers a comfortable and convenient living environment.
Things need improvement
I moved out of this society around three years ago. During my time there, the connectivity within the society was not great due to the lack of public transportation options nearby. Additionally, the availability of auto-rickshaws and cab facilities was limited.

The rooms in this society feel cramped due to overcrowding, impacting residents' comfort. Strategies such as space-saving furniture or reorganization could help alleviate the congestion.

The maintenance inside is very poor, with issues such as seepages, unpleasant smells, and mosquito problems in the evenings. Additionally, residents encounter factory odors during the evening in this society.
