The metro station is just 1 km away, and the construction quality of my flat and the building is excellent. There are no seepage or termite issues, and the plaster and fittings are done properly. The gym and clubhouse are well-maintained, and there is good connectivity with buses, autos, and cabs available nearby. Schools and markets are also close by. There is ample parking space, and the electricity and water supply are available 24/7 without any shortages. The neighbors are cooperative and supportive. The elevators are installed and maintained, and there are CCTV cameras and security guards available. Garbage collection is regular with proper segregation.
The only downside is that people don�t interact and communicate much. My brother, who also lives here, struggles with this as he cannot speak the regional language. We only know Kannada, so there is a communication barrier that sometimes causes issues due to the different regions people are from.

Connectivity is easily accessible via cabs and autos if booked online, which is convenient in the society. People are very friendly and respectable. Power backup is available consistently. Garbage collection is very good; they collect it regularly ensuring cleanliness. People are very satisfied with the maintenance. The locality of the society is very good. Amenities like swimming pools, clubhouse, gym, and kids' play areas are available and well-maintained. The construction quality is good; there are no issues like seepage, making it a comfortable environment.
There is a water issue in the society sometimes, especially during rainy months when it can become unavailable. Public transportation stations are available within a 1-2 kilometer radius, which is convenient.

Maintenance was excellent; everything was kept clean, and the lifts worked well. The construction was solid with no cracks or leaks. The amenities, including the garden, swimming pool, gym, and parks, were well-maintained and enjoyable. The neighbourhood was friendly and welcoming. Security was good with CCTV cameras, and there was plenty of parking, including spaces for guests. Stray dogs were managed well.
I lived in this community two years ago, and I had no major issues except for the connectivity. The airport and railway station were far away, which made travelling difficult. But thankfully, the bus depot was nearby.

The society is very clean and well-maintained. It has great amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and garden. The construction quality is good, with no problems like leaks or seepage. People living there enjoy a nice and comfortable environment.
Some senior citizen neighbors get offended by something and doesnt interact much with anyone. Connectivity is okayish residents has to walk like 1 km from the society to get any public transport.

In this society, the carpet size is commendably spacious, and all amenities, including the swimming pool and gym, are functioning well, providing residents with a high-quality living experience and ample recreational opportunities.
The borewell water has dried up, leaving residents without a reliable water source. As a result, they are facing challenges in accessing adequate water supply, highlighting the need for alternative solutions.

One positive aspect of this society is its high construction quality and excellent amenities, such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and well-equipped play area for children. The association is efficient, and there are no issues with water supply. Connectivity is decent, with nearby schools and a few stores offering good transportation options, including cab facilities.
The main problem in this society is that it takes a long time to fix issues and all kinds of complaints from the residents.

Garden Avenue – K is the other name of quality and good infrastructure. Virar is a promising location and so is this project in terms of internal facilities and amenities for modern lifestyle.
