Reasonable maintenance charges, approximately 2 rupees per square foot, contribute to the overall value for residents. Water facilities operate seamlessly 24/7, and there's reliable power backup. Garbage collection is efficient, with separate collection of wet and dry waste. Nearby hospitals within a kilometer radius provide essential medical assistance. Public transportation is easily accessible within walking distance. Ample parking space, with approximately 70% availability, includes designated visitor parking areas. While there's only one large basket facility for groceries and vegetables, the society offers a range of other convenient amenities.
Things need improvement
It's unfortunate that autos aren't always available in the society, causing inconvenience for residents. Additionally, the poor road quality within the society is a concern, especially since complaints have gone unanswered. Despite the construction being completed about 7 years ago, there are still issues with the construction quality, evident in external cracks on walls, further adding to residents' inconvenience.

Good things here
When required, the neighbours are equally kind and supportive. It doesn't get too dirty and is kept in good condition. The community is well-connected, with buses and autorickshaws arriving on time. It doesn't take long for locals to get to these.
Things need improvement
A gym, pool, clubhouse, garden, and parks are among the basic facilities that the community lacks. The recreation and exercise centres are not available to the residents. The general standard of life and community convenience are impacted by this lack of facilities.

There is a large garden in the middle of this amazing housing complex and some old age people used to go there to inhale fresh air. A nice fountain is also found there.
