The society enjoys excellent connectivity, with public transport options like autos and cabs readily available within walking distance. Timely garbage collection and pest control services are provided. Residents exhibit a friendly and cooperative demeanor, coming together to celebrate cultural festivals and events. Furthermore, the society offers various facilities and amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and children's play area, enhancing the quality of life for its residents.
Things need improvement
The society's cleanliness and hygiene are not consistently maintained, with sweepers often not performing their duties adequately. Security guards exhibit rudeness and inefficiency, leading to concerns about safety. There is a pressing need for improvement in cleanliness standards, particularly during the rainy season when waterlogging issues arise both inside and outside the society. The drainage system is inadequate, exacerbating these problems. Timely painting of buildings is neglected, and the construction quality is subpar, resulting in issues like seepage, leakage, and plaster problems. Moreover, pest control measures are not implemented promptly.

Good things here
The society ensures good ventilation and offers well-maintained amenities like a gym, swimming pool, club house, and play area. Maintenance and hygiene standards are high, and the roads outside prevent water logging. Lifts are reliable with regular maintenance, and security is bolstered by CCTV surveillance and attentive guards. The community is friendly, actively participating in events and festivals.
Things need improvement
The buildings have poor construction quality, resulting in frequent seepage and leakage issues in the flats. Additionally, the fittings in the bathrooms are of low quality, further impacting the overall living conditions.

Location is very good in the society. The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. Paintings are done on time in the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Water supply issues are not faced. Water logging issues are not faced inside or outside the society. Drainage system is good in the society. Mobile network issues are not faced in the society. Street dog issues are not faced. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together.
Things need improvement
Electricity issues are faced sometimes in the society. If charging is not done on time then power cuts happens. The constructuion quality is average in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society.

The cleanliness standards in the community were commendable, and the maintenance team was top-notch, promptly addressing any issues that arose. With shops conveniently nestled within the society, and its prime location along the main road, everything was easily accessible, making life hassle-free.
Things need improvement
Everything else about the place was great, but the only downside was the lack of rickshaw availability within the society for transportation purposes.

Good things here
Iss society ka location main market mai hai, toh society ki connectivity bohot achchi hai. Metro bhi nearby hai. Maintenance achchi hai. CCTV aur Lifts installed hai. Water seepage, dampness aur logging nahi hoti hai society. Gym, pool, club house sab available hai society mai aur sab well maintained. Festivals bhi celebrate hote hain iss society. Yahan ki best cheez iss society ki location hai.
Things need improvement
Mujhe iss society mai koi bhi problem nahi hai.

Good things here
I used to live in that society, but now I've moved to another one. The connectivity in my previous society was excellent, as it was located on the main road. The construction quality was good, and there was a reliable security setup. Although there were amenities available, I personally never used them, so I can't comment on their quality. The society comprised only three towers, but it was well-maintained, and I had no complaints or dislikes about it.
Things need improvement
No issue to highligt. he was quite satisfied with his previous society.

The society has got the best connectivity as public transports like auto, bus, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. All are availanle for 24 hours. There are nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available outside the society. The society is well connected on main road. There is no such Water logging issues, drainage system is good in the society. Water supply and electricity is available in the society. Power backup is available in the society. Garbage collection is done on time. construction quality of the buildings is good, seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the apartments Balcony is also available. Security system is good Security guards are available. CCTV cameras are installed and functions properly. There are also safety features available like fire estinguishers facilities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. Lifts work properly People are overall good in the society.
Things need improvement
Sometimes traffic issues happens but not a major one. The maintainance needs to be improved of the society. There's a lot of delay that happens regarding maintainance. Timely the issues are not resolved. The swimmingpool is not functional as it is not maintained.

Good things here
The location is amazing, it is a good place to live. The maintenance costs are 2 rupees for every square foot, and they keep everything clean. The building is one of the best in Ghaziabad. We have a park, a playground for kids, and a temple. Plus, there's a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi. The people here are really nice. There are 444 flats, and we have good neighbors and lots of friends. It's a great community.
Things need improvement
The children's park is small, this is the only thing that I dislike. However, I like everything else that I have mentioned.

There are bearby Markets, grocery, schools, mall, restaurants available around the society Metro station is available nearby the society. The maintainance of the society is good, hygine is also maintained. CCTV cameras are installed and it works properly all over the society. Lifts work properly. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative, festivals are celebrated together.
