Good things here
In the society, there are no issues with dampness or cracks anywhere, and the building is very strong. Cleaning is done on time, and everywhere is kept clean. The neighbors also talk nicely.
Things need improvement
In the society, people have some issues with pets because some pet owners neglect others. The people are also not very friendly. Additionally, there is no bus stand near the society.

Good things here
Maintenance of the society is very good. Cabs and autos are easily available in the society if we book Ola or Uber. Garbage collection is very efficient; they will collect dry and wet waste separately. Amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained. The maintenance of the swimming pool is very good. Facilities are available nearby, including grocery stores, supermarkets, and shopping malls, making shopping convenient. Greenery in the society is very good. The construction quality is very good, with no seepage or leaks.
Things need improvement
Connectivity inside the society is an issue. If we book cabs and autos, it takes a lot of time for them to arrive, which is very inconvenient. The flats are not very spacious; for a 3BHK, the areas are small, and the maintenance expenses are high. Public transportation like buses is available within 1-2 km from the society, but it is still very inconvenient.

Good things here
The society is incredibly well-connected. It's easy to reach important areas using public transport, including spots like Electronic City. Plus, there are a few schools and a market nearby, which is super convenient. Maintenance is a priority here they regularly collect garbage and make sure to separate wet and dry waste. The common areas are always well-maintained. The construction quality is excellent, with no issues like seepage or termites, and the apartments have good ventilation. There are plenty of amenities, including a gym, a clubhouse with lots of indoor activities, a swimming pool, a basketball court, and a tennis court, all kept in great condition. The neighbors are friendly and humble, which makes living here even better.
Things need improvement
The main downside is the narrow street that connects the society to the main road. It�s always jammed with traffic, which makes commuting a hassle. Other than that, everything else in the society is excellent.

Parking facilities are well-maintained. Amenities such as swimming pools, clubhouses, gyms, tennis courts, and children's play areas are well-equipped and well-maintained. Visitor parking is available. The surrounding greenery enhances the environment, making it pleasant for residents. People are friendly and appreciate the good management. Water quality is excellent, and power backup is reliable. Waste management is also efficient, ensuring a clean and tidy environment. Hospitals are accessible within 1-2 kilometers.
Things need improvement
There are shortcomings in amenities inside the society. The roads are not well-maintained, which needs improvement. Cleanliness should also be more efficient, especially in the surrounding areas.

The local environment is tranquil and peaceful, making it a desirable place to live. Parking is secure and well-maintained, with dedicated visitor spaces available. Sidewalks are well-maintained, providing residents with pleasant walking paths throughout the area.
Things need improvement
The maintenance charges in this community are expensive, amounting to 5000 rupees per month. There are also traffic issues in the vicinity, which can be inconvenient for residents.

Living here has been convenient with a school, hospital, and market nearby, making daily errands easy. The good connectivity and availability of buses, autos, and cabs ensure smooth commuting. The roads are well-maintained, and we never face issues with electricity or water supply. It's great to have amenities like a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool, and the neighbors have been friendly and supportive throughout our long stay here.
Things need improvement
However, I have concerns about the maintenance here. The lift is often not cleaned and experiences frequent breakdowns. There are noticeable cracks in the walls, and the grilles are rusting away. The gym has an unpleasant smell, and the air conditioning doesn't work properly. Recently, incidents involving stray dogs biting and molestation have been concerning. Additionally, there's a lack of autos and public transport options, which adds to the inconvenience.

I appreciate the sense of security provided by the CCTV cameras and security guards. The connectivity is excellent, and it's convenient to have public transport readily available. The regular garbage collection with separate bins for wet and dry waste is well-organized. Having a school and market nearby adds to the convenience, and we never face issues with electricity or water supply. The construction quality here is excellent, with no problems like seepage or termite infestation. Proper ventilation and good plaster with fitting add to the comfort, and it's great to have modern amenities like the gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool that are well-maintained.
Things need improvement
One thing that could be improved is the absence of fire extinguishers. Additionally, the quality of the toilet flushes could be better. Unfortunately, the neighbours doesn't meet my expectations, I usually avoid interacting with them.

I'm really impressed with the excellent construction quality here, and the spacious apartments with sufficient carpet area are a big plus. The wider windows allow for great ventilation, and it's wonderful to have a well-maintained gym and swimming pool available. Connectivity is top-notch, with autos and cabs easily accessible, and the roads are in great condition. Having markets nearby is convenient, and we never have to worry about electricity or water supply. The neighbors are friendly and cooperative, always ready to lend a hand. With CCTV cameras and security guards in place, I feel safe and secure. The regular garbage collection with separate bins for wet and dry waste is also well-managed.
Things need improvement
Honestly, everything here is working perfectly fine, from connectivity and maintenance to construction quality, amenities, and the neighborhood. I haven't faced any issues with any of them.

There are no major issues in the society , everything is the society is well maintained and functional including all the amenities like swimming pool, gym , clubhouse and park . No issues regarding any other aspect of the society.

Lift stops sometimes , which scares the residents , this is a major issue as it can result into big problems, it needs to be resolved . No other issues in the society .
