Residents enjoy access to a range of amenities within the society premises, including swimming pools, gardens, and parks, adding to the overall quality of life and fostering a sense of belonging.
Overall, the society functions smoothly, with minimal major issues to report. However, one notable concern revolves around the construction quality, evidenced by numerous cracks observed in the flats. These indications suggest that the materials used may not meet high-quality standards, prompting a need for closer examination and potential remediation efforts. Furthermore, residents have expressed dissatisfaction with the size of the clubhouse, considering the scale of the society. The roads outside the society are well-maintained, and traffic is not an issue. Autos and buses are easily accessible from the society. Cleanliness and hygiene are well maintained. There have been no problems with the water supply, even during the summer months. The area has sufficient greenery. The residents are decent and cooperative, and all festivals are celebrated within the society. The society boasts all modern amenities, which are well-maintained.
While I appreciate many aspects of the society, it does have limited amenities. Notably, a garden and a swimming pool are not available, which I believe should be considered for installation.

The residents are decent and celebrate festivals cooperatively. Cleanliness and hygiene are maintained well, and water is available 24/7. There are amenities such as a gym, play area, and garden in the society. There is no issue of leakage or seepage in my flat. The society is connected to the highway, and public transport is easily accessible.
There is a slight traffic jam near the society. While my flat doesn't have any issues, other residents in different flats have reported seepage problems in their bathrooms. Additionally, the society does not have a swimming pool.

The flat enjoyed good ventilation and sunlight. The lifts were well-maintained, and cleanliness and hygiene standards were upheld. Water was consistently available 24/7, and residents were cooperative, actively celebrating festivals. There were no traffic problems near the society, and public transport was conveniently accessible.
Despite having all modern amenities, tenants were restricted from using them. Furthermore, there was a significant issue with seepage in my flat that needed urgent attention.
