Good things here

Connectivity with cabs and Uber is easily accessible in our society through online booking. Our water supply, sourced from a borewell within the society, is reliable, complemented by consistent power backup. Garbage collection is efficient with separate disposal for wet and dry waste. Residents enjoy well-maintained amenities including a gym and kids' play area. We find the monthly maintenance charges of 2400 rupees reasonable and promptly pay them. Parking facilities are spacious, ensuring convenience for all residents. Nearby VG Hospital provides accessible healthcare services. The society maintains excellent cleanliness standards with daily cleaning routines. Public transportation options, such as buses, are conveniently located within 250 meters, facilitating easy commuting. Festivities like New Year, January 26th, and August 15th are celebrated within the community, enhancing our communal spirit and enjoyment.

Autos and Cabs easily available
Enough parking space
Public transport accessible
Clean & well maintained
Moderate maintenance charges
Nice park and kids playarea
Excellent power back-up
Large clubhouse & spacious gym

Things need improvement

The construction quality in our society is subpar, evidenced by several cracks. Despite this, amenities such as a swimming pool and clubhouse are available for residents' use. Unfortunately, there is a notable absence of visitor parking facilities, which poses an inconvenience.

Good things here

The surrounding people are friendly and cooperative, and we celebrate many festivals together. Connectivity-wise, there is a bus stop, supermarket, grocery stores, and school within 500 meters. The road conditions are good, street lights are working, and there is ample parking space. Construction-wise, there are no leakage issues, and the rooms have good ventilation. Maintenance is excellent, with proper cleaning and timely garbage collection. The water and power supply are good, and the lift is functioning well.

Wide and spacious roads
Enough parking space
Public transport accessible
Clean & well maintained
Good celebration of festivities
Nice park and kids playarea
Excellent power back-up
Big lift

Things need improvement

The society lacks amenities, causing inconvenience to the residents. Essential facilities like a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are missing, impacting the overall living experience and community engagement.

Good things here

I have been residing in the city for the last 10 years. Connectivity to various places is very convenient; there are buses available within walking distance. Power supply is reliable, and garbage collection is efficient. Hospitals are accessible with good facilities. The greenery and security in the society are commendable.

Public transport accessible

Things need improvement

Construction quality is very good because most buildings are newly constructed or less than 10 years old. There is a lot of investment in infrastructure which makes amenities like parks and sports facilities very convenient. However, there may be some limitations such as limited availability of swimming pools and clubs.
