Good things here
The society is excellently located with connectivity to the main road and is within 200 meters of a bus stop, supermarket, hospital, and school. The road condition is good, street lights are working, and there is ample parking space. Maintenance-wise, garbage is collected from the door daily and the area is cleaned on time. There is 24/7 water and power supply, and the lift maintenance is good. Amenities include a small gym, a small community hall, and a children's play area. The residents are educated and very supportive. Construction-wise, there are no seepage issues and the rooms are well-ventilated.
Things need improvement
The society needs more amenities, such as a larger gym, a swimming pool, a clubhouse, and more green spaces, to enhance the quality of life for its residents.

Good things here
This is a small community comprising around 80 families. The construction plan is excellent, having a well-designed layout, and the all flats have excellent ventilation. There are no issues with the water supply. The connectivity of the society is outstanding, with supermarkets, schools, clinics, and bus stops easily accessible within a 1km radius. Additionally, a metro station is conveniently located within 1km from the society. Residents enjoy ample amenities, including parking, a garden, and a kids' play area. The maintenance facilities are also top-notch, with regular inspections of plumbing and electricity. Moreover, reliable backup systems are available within the society, ensuring uninterrupted services.
Things need improvement
The only problem is that the pigeons are roosting on the outside of the flat surroundings. So there is a need for pigeon netting or mesh.

Local facilities of this pace are good and easily available. There are markets, local shops, vegetable vendors, dairy shops and many more necessities available around this society. Cleanliness is the top priority of the management.

Vedant Vihas is located at Hulimavu in Bengaluru. This place provides premium facilities to its people. There are basketball courts, badminton courts and other facilities around this society. This place is well maintained.

Parking areas of this place are really good and comfortable. This pace is quite clean and well maintained by the management itself. They are really attentive and quite responsible to their duties.

People are leading a healthy and satisfied life around this location. Security and safety of this place is really promising. CCTV cameras are available in this place. Women and kids are safe around here.

This place has a multipurpose hall, CCTV camera security, rainwater harvesting system, club house and other modern facilities within it. This place is quite calm and peaceful. People are nice and friendly.
