Residents are pleased with the reasonable maintenance charges and the convenient allocation of parking spaces for all. The harmonious atmosphere within the community fosters friendly relationships among neighbors. Fortunately, there have been no reports of leakage, seepage, or ventilation issues within the flats. With a nearby market providing easy access to essential items and the presence of a gym within the society, residents enjoy convenient living. Moreover, the well-maintained roads and easy availability of autos within a short distance ensure smooth connectivity for all.
Things need improvement
The society lacks amenities like a swimming pool, play area, or garden, which may inconvenience residents seeking recreational facilities within the premises. Additionally, accessing the metro station and shopping malls requires traveling a considerable distance, often necessitating the use of autos for transportation.

The transportation options near the society were quite inconvenient, as public transport wasn't easily accessible nearby, requiring residents to travel to access them. The road quality was also poor, adding to the transportation challenges. In terms of construction, the quality was average, with some pending paintings indicating incomplete work. The neighborhood had a mixed crowd, offering a diverse community experience.

Good things here
I had a very positive experience in the society. It was well-maintained, with excellent construction quality and well-ventilated apartments. The residents were friendly and cooperative, fostering a sense of community. Additionally, there were numerous activities organized within the society, and transportation like auto, cabs, buses, and rickshaws was easily accessible thanks to the good quality roads with proper working street lights. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient place to live.
Things need improvement
The society was quite satisfactory; there was no pressing need for improvement. Despite the limited amenities due to the small size of the community, the existing facilities were of good quality and served the residents well.

Good things here
The society is clean, with plenty of parking available. The lifts are kept in good condition, and the residents are friendly. We have a continuous water supply, and all the modern amenities are well-maintained. No problems with leaks or seepage either. Plus, there's no traffic near the society, and we can easily book Ola or Uber online, making transportation hassle-free.
Things need improvement
Getting autos and buses near the society is a bit tricky. The roads outside have a lot of garbage, especially near the bins where the BMC doesn't clean regularly, leading to bad smells and untidy surroundings. Plus, there's no parking for visitors in the society.

The society is well-maintained, ensuring that everything is clean and in good condition. The gym is perfect for my needs, and the friendly community makes the living experience pleasant and enjoyable. Despite its drawbacks, the positive aspects contribute to a comfortable lifestyle.
Things need improvement
The biggest issue with the society is its poor connectivity, which makes commuting difficult. The construction quality leaves much to be desired and needs significant improvement. While the gym meets my needs, the lack of other amenities and the subpar construction quality might be downsides for other residents.

The roads outside the society were fine, with no traffic issues. The society was clean, and water was available 24/7. There were no issues with leakage or seepage, and ventilation was good.
Things need improvement
Autos weren't available near the society; one had to go to the main road to find one. Also, there were no modern amenities in the society. The secretary of the society was very rude and tended to escalate problems rather than solving them. One out of two lifts was always out of order.

Outside the neighborhood, shared autos were available, and it was convenient to find cabs online. Grocery shops for daily needs were situated within the premises. The society is well-maintained and clean. The supermarket was approximately one and a half kilometers away from home. There were no issues with water leakage in the house. A small park area was available in the society for kids to play. Festivals were celebrated together within the community, and neighbors were friendly.
Things need improvement
Buses are not easily accessible. However, CCTV cameras and lifts are installed and functional. The area tends to be crowded. There seems to be a variety of opinions about the tenants, which is somewhat unusual. Unfortunately, tenants' concerns in the society are not given much importance.

Cabs were available online. Cameras and elevators were installed and working well. The construction was good quality; there were no problems with water leaks in the buildings or individual homes. The residents were friendly and helpful to each other.
Things need improvement
Transportation was difficult because there weren't many autos or buses nearby. The market wasn't close to the neighborhood. The upkeep of the area wasn't good; it wasn't kept clean. There weren't many facilities in the area except for a small park for kids, but it wasn't looked after. Not all the holidays were celebrated in the neighborhood.

There's no problem with connectivity; you can easily find autos, cabs, and local trains. The people are friendly, and they celebrate all festivals together.

The society faced seepage and leakage problems due to its age. Additionally, there were issues with the lifts, and the lack of amenities added to the challenges.

Society has great securtiy system.build quality of the apartment is big plus,no leakage seepage issues.connectivity of the apartment is top notch in terms of local transport or essentials.

There are no amenities present in the society which is a major draw back for the society only club house is there.
