I rented this apartment because I believe Elegants Pinnacle is quite a safe building. It comes with CCTV Camera Security and 24/7 security system. Furthermore, it is a gated community with an intercom system as well.

The building is clean and green and features a landscape garden and terrace garden. It is clean and very well-maintained. We have 24/7 power backup as well and therefore, power cuts are not common.

This is a beautiful property in Semmenchery, Chennai South. Both the exteriors and the interiors are attractive to homebuyers. It comes in 1, 2 and 3 BHK formats. The apartments are quite spacious.

Elegants Pinnacle is very convenient for the resident and there is an ATM present within the building itself, along with a shopping centre and theatre. It also features a theatre and community hall.

I really like living in Elegants Pinnacle and it is great in terms of safety, connectivity, environment and lifestyle. It is located very close to IT parks. However traffic congestion is a major issue.
