The waterlogging problems have been found here after a heavy rain and authority is not taking care of it. The drinking water service is also making issues as the people reported. I feel a huge disappointment about knowing this poor water service problem. There is also limited availability of public transports that's why people in most of the time face severe issues at any emergency. Illegal parking on the roads creates disturbance for the local people.

Closely located to the bus and auto stand with easy availability of cabs makes it a well-connected place. There are many advantages of buying a house here and the most important is the well-made flats with all modern facilities and good maintenance. There are no problems related to the water or power supply.

My dreams came true with a budget. Outstanding construction and interior are 5 stars. Amenities are 5 stars. So many facilities like Indoor Badminton Court, Table Tennis Room, Multi-purpose Hall! Maintenance services are too good and also designs look amazing. I like to see it every day. And localities are always welcoming. The building has elegant entry lobbies dedicated to each tower, a central landscaped podium in each unit, ample sunlight enters the central podium in almost all the units. The plot faces an adjoining green area, and a unique neoclassical facade. Highly recommended.

It is an excellent project. The project is better than most of the other societies. They promise a good quality of construction, good fitting, 24-7 security, power reserves and kept the promise too. I found the location is safe, the road wide and west of the highway is processes which is for a lifeline. As I am currently working from home so cellular towers responding well. During rainfall, water accumulates here but it's not an everyday issue. I like cycling and jogging in my area and my children are happy to play with so much open space. The project genuinely offers you a great blend of natural and a very metropolitan way of life.
