Good things here
The quality of wall are good if you want to break you need big hammer people always celebrate festival when they are together and sharing sweet each other yes of course all the safety measures are good right now and safe at night

Things need improvement
due to high maintenance I felt that too much for the area wise if I gonna pay such big amount then i suggest to move to Mumbai residency. every one pay on time if they don't pay they provide few days to clear the dues pending each months
