Furthermore, the good and proper condition of lifts and the effectiveness of gate security are commendable.
I'm disappointed by the lack of appropriateness in the building's design or structure, which suggests potential flaws in architectural planning or aesthetics and detracts from the overall appeal of the residential complex. Additionally, I'm concerned about the limited common area available, as it may impact residents' communal activities and leisure opportunities. The absence of swimming pool and gym facilities is disappointing, as these amenities are commonly desired in residential complexes and contribute to residents' health and well-being. Furthermore, reported or potential seepage and leakage issues are concerning and need to be addressed promptly to maintain the integrity and safety of the buildings.

The society is consistently well-maintained and kept clean, with strict hygiene practices in place. Garbage collection is carried out on time, contributing to the cleanliness of the surroundings. The maintenance charges are comparatively reasonable, considering the quality services provided. Additionally, ample parking space is available for residents, adding to the convenience for vehicle owners.
The area surrounding the society is heavily congested, with buildings tightly packed together, creating a cramped environment that may not be ideal for some residents. Traffic congestion and noise pollution are prevalent in the vicinity, which can impact the overall tranquility of the surroundings. Metro station nearby for easy commuting. Ample parking space available for residents. Good construction quality overall, although occasional issues like seepage and plaster problems occur. Apartments receive adequate sunlight, and ventilation is excellent. Society is well-maintained with proper hygiene standards upheld. Timely garbage collection services. Rare occurrences of major electricity issues. Lifts are available and properly maintained. CCTV cameras are operational and effective. Strong security system with security guards and the use of security apps. Friendly and cooperative atmosphere among residents, with cultural events and festivals celebrated together. Society is pet-friendly, allowing residents to keep pets.
Water supply issues occasionally arise due to reliance on tanker water, and the swimming pool and playground are small as compared to number of residents in the society.

In my opinion, everything in the society is well-maintained, and all the facilities one could desire are readily available. Therefore, I have no problems here and do not feel the need for any improvements.

It was a well-maintained society area, with no leaks or water issues. Everything was easy to reach, including buses, autos, and taxis for transportation needs. The connectivity was good, especially for those who had to travel for work every day. They managed water supply and waste well. Nearby, people could easily find grocery stores, markets, hospitals, schools, and colleges. Parking was plentiful, and there was a big park for kids to play in. The residents were friendly and welcoming. The CCTVs and elevators were in good condition and worked properly. Communication and internet services were always dependable. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient place to live.
Everything was good in the society; there were no problems with seepage and leakage. Garbage disposal was also well-maintained by the society management. CCTVs and elevators were in good condition.

The society was located right on the main road, so autos and buses were readily available nearby. The market was nearby, and malls were within walking distance. The area was very safe. Garbage collection was done daily, and the society was clean. Water was available 24/7. Issues were resolved quickly. The people were good. The flats were well-ventilated, and sunlight properly entered. There were no cracks in the walls. The lifts were properly maintained. There was no leakage in the flats. The security guards were good and cooperative, always ready to help. The landlord was also good.
The society didn't utilize apps for security, resulting in no notifications when someone arrived. There were traffic issues near the society, particularly during rainy times. Also, being a standalone building, there were no modern amenities available. Additionally, CCTV cameras were not installed in the lifts.

The railway station is about 1.5 kilometers away from the society. Cabs are easy to find. Maintenance is really outstanding, recently there was reconstruction and painting done.People are nice in the society. There's a small event once or twice a year where everyone gathers. There have been no issues with drainage or water logging. Security service is very good. Maintenance of the society is excellent, even the lift works well. CCTV cameras are installed in the society.
In this society, there are no facilities such as a gym, swimming pool, or clubhouse available for residents to use.

I've been living here for almost 15 years now, and this area still best suits all age groups. Along with gardens for kids and seniors, there are grounds for youngsters to play football and cricket.

Given the abundance of amenities in the neighbourhood, this is the ideal place to live. Additionally, the public transit system is excellent. There is a railway station nearby. Hospitals abound here as well.

There are no power cuts, good electricity supply. Water availability is also good. Every day, a municipal van arrives to pick up waste. Municipal cleaners clean the roadways every day. Neighbors are also very helpful.
