Living in my community is fantastic. The maintenance here is excellent, with all services provided on time, including daily garbage collection. I appreciate the convenience of easily accessible public transport and the good condition of the roads outside the society, which makes commuting a breeze. It's reassuring to have all modern amenities available, and interacting with pleasant residents adds to the overall positive atmosphere. I feel grateful to be part of such a well-managed and comfortable community.
Living in a community with persistent issues like seepage and prevalent pipeline problems can be incredibly frustrating and disruptive. It's concerning to hear that over half of the residents are facing water-related issues due to these problems.

Garbage collection is managed by the society, ensuring cleanliness within the community. There are no issues with power cuts, providing residents with uninterrupted power supply. The society arranges for water tanker services as needed. Events are regularly celebrated within the community, fostering a sense of togetherness among residents. Despite being an old society, the infrastructure remains intact, demonstrating its durability over time.
While there is a water crisis in the society, timely arrival of water tankers by the society helps mitigate the issue, reducing its impact. However, the absence of access to a swimming pool is noted.

Fire safety measures are in place, waste management is efficient with proper garbage segregation, and pets are allowed. Lifts are well-maintained, and the community is friendly and cooperative.
Public transport is not easily accessible near the society, with the nearest railway station being quite far. A metro line under construction is expected to be about half an hour away once completed. The society is designed for family residency and does not allow bachelors.

One of the major inconveniences in that society was the lack of public transport availability. There were no nearby railway stations, metro stations, airport access, or bus services, which meant residents had to rely solely on local transportation�options.

With good connectivity and easily accessible public transport options like buses and autos, getting around is a breeze. Nearby, we have access to key amenities such as schools, hospitals, and markets, meeting our daily needs with ease. Residents can unwind and socialize in modern amenities such as the garden and clubhouse, meticulously maintained for our enjoyment. Our homes are designed with proper ventilation, high-quality plaster, and fittings, ensuring a comfortable living environment. Moreover, the excellent construction quality of our buildings ensures durability and longevity, with no issues of seepage or termite infestation. The sense of community in our neighborhood is strong, with friendly and cooperative neighbors who contribute to a harmonious atmosphere. The locality of the apartment was excellent and highly connected. Specifically, the A and B wings of the society faced the highway, which added to the convenience. Essentials like groceries, schools, markets, malls, and restaurants were easily accessible. The build quality was excellent; during my time in the society, I never faced any infrastructure defects. The rooms were spacious and well-ventilated, with balconies adding to the living space. All the promised amenities were delivered. A 24-hour water supply was consistently available. Security was robust, with guards stationed at each entrance and apps used for approving unknown visitors. This ensured a safe environment throughout the society. Socially, the community was active, with various functions and celebrations taking place regularly. Parking was also very spacious, accommodating the needs of all residents. Overall, living in this society was a good�experience.
In my experience, the amenities provided by the builders, such as the swimming pool and clubhouse, fall short of expectations. The swimming pool is too small to be truly functional, serving more as a namesake feature. The clubhouse is also not well-maintained and lacks indoor activities, which diminishes its usefulness for residents. The maintenance of the society was excellent, with everything being well maintained by the maintenance team. The build quality was also excellent, with no issues regarding leakage or seepage, and the rooms were spacious. All amenities such as the swimming pool, gym, park, kids play area, clubhouse, and hall were available and well-equipped, and they were all very well maintained by the team. There was 24x7 water availability in the society, with no conflicts regarding water. Allocated owner's parking was available, and the society was connected to the highway, providing great transportation connectivity. The quality of road surfaces in the society was great, with no traffic problems despite being under-resourced. The residents were cooperative, and bachelors and pets were allowed in the society, with proper regulations followed by the pet owners. Overall, it was a well-maintained and accommodating�society.
In this society, allocated visitor parking is not available. During the summer, there was a power cut issue in the society. Additionally, there are no solar panels installed, although a generator is available, but it is only for the common areas such as the common lifts and lights. This situation has become very inconvenient�for�us.

The building undergoes renovation periodically, including repainting, which ensures good maintenance. Amenities like a swimming pool, gym, and park are available and well-maintained. There is 24x7 water and electricity supply. Guards are stationed at the entrance around the clock, and CCTVs cover all areas. The lifts are serviced regularly. Allotted parking is available for both owners and visitors in the society. Wet and dry garbage is segregated, ensuring cleanliness, and garbage is collected routinely. Pets are allowed, provided proper waste management rules are followed by the pet owners�in�the�society.
The society lacks nearby public transport facilities such as a railway station or metro, which can be inconvenient. It is designated for family residency only, with bachelors not permitted. The bedrooms are relatively small-sized. There were specific problems in the bedroom area of my apartment, which required renovation to resolve. Power backup facilities are available only for common areas such as lights and essential�amenities.

My experience here as of now has been really great as the connectivity is outstanding, with public transport like buses, autos, and cabs easily available. The roads are in perfect condition, and having schools, hospitals, and markets nearby makes life incredibly convenient. The construction quality is top-notch with no seepage issues, excellent ventilation, and impeccable plaster and fittings. Every resident has designated parking, and the rules are strictly followed, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Garbage collection is done regularly with meticulous segregation of wet and dry waste. The electricity and water supply are rock-solid, never giving us any issues. The play area is a fantastic addition, and the community here is simply amazing. We have the most wonderful, friendly neighbors who always support each other in times of need. The elevators are modern and well-maintained, and with CCTV cameras and security guards available 24/7, we always feel safe and secure.
The only minor inconvenience is that the metro station is 1-2 km away, which sometimes feels a bit far. Apart from that I find all the other things well - maintained and in a very good condition. Overall, it's a great place to live here.

Parking is alloted for all residents in the society. Enough parking space is available. This society is kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collections are also done properly on time. Dry and wet waste is segregated seperately. Water supply and electricity is available at all times in the society. Power backup is also there. The rooms in my flats are properly ventilated and throughout the year proper sunlight is received in all the rooms. The society has got all amenities like gym, club house, Swimming pool, play area for kids, garden. People are cordial in this society. Neighbours offers assistance in terms when needed. Also lot's of festivals and events are celebrated in the society. Security system is good. Security guards are available, CCTV cameras are installed and it works all over the society. There are elevators available and lifts are very spacious.
Daily needs are not available nearby, such as local shops, super markets and grocery stores are available at a distance from the society. During rainy season major issues regarding seepage and leakage issues arised, construction quality is average.
