Despite its positive aspects, the housing society faces challenges with seepage and water logging issues. These issues can be inconvenient and potentially damaging to property, requiring ongoing maintenance and repairs. Such concerns may detract from the overall quality of living and could impact residents' satisfaction with the property. Addressing these infrastructure issues effectively would significantly improve the experience for residents and mitigate potential damage to property over time.

Good things here
The roads in our society are in good condition, with adequate street lighting. The rooms are properly ventilated, and the people here are very understanding and friendly.
Things need improvement
Public transport options are limited, and connectivity isn't great, necessitating the use of personal vehicles. The metro station is also quite far. Unfortunately, amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area are not available. Water logging in the basement and cleanliness issues are ongoing concerns. The most significant issue seems to be poor construction quality, leading to frequent problems with walls, plaster, seepage, and leakage. While elevators and CCTV cameras are functional, their maintenance is average. Additionally, there are environmental concerns due to a nearby chemical factory and a dumping ground, contributing to pollution and unpleasant odors.

Did not handover flat till now even after registration done before 4 years. Took 50000/- for maintenance even not handed over the flat till now

Small apartment blocks connected to each other creating a beautiful internal environment. The common space has ample greenery ad manicured gardens. It is good to be a part of this beautiful community.

Arihant Anshula is of the best company in the real estate industry who fulfil their promises, and they give better they told infrastructure are perfect society, security all are excellent support with staff helping nature. I love they got lifetime amenities kids play area, a mini theatre cricket court and many other things that attract the viewers to invest in the fantastic estate. I really love it here.

The estate holders have constructed infrastructure in such a fantastic way that counts on the style of living. Arihant Anshula is also among the constructer making it easy to move in for the paying guest who wants to live in an excellent luxurious place fitting per their pocket and wish. I loved the top-notch facilities like having a pool, party lawn and community hall adds up to the demand for these residential flats. My kids love it here.

The flats offered me are mostly 2bhk with tremendous capacity and high standard facilities. Upgrading my lifestyle and making my feel proud of the house can make my family feel like heaven.
