Good things here
The people in the society are friendly, fostering a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The celebration of festivals together strengthens the sense of community. Having restaurants, schools, and hospitals nearby adds to the convenience of daily life. The absence of traffic issues is a relief, ensuring smooth movement in and around the area. Continuous water supply and minimal power cut issues contribute to a comfortable living environment. Additionally, the absence of leakages or waterproofing issues in the flats is a testament to the quality of construction. The easy availability of autos and buses makes transportation hassle-free
Things need improvement
Limited power backup, available only for lifts and not for individual flats, could inconvenience residents during power outages. Furthermore, the distance to shopping malls, being 3-4 km away, may require additional travel time for residents to access essential goods and services.

Good things here
The connectivity is amazing with the direct connection to highway and easy availablity of bus and auto. The maintenance is done daily and timely, the proper hygiene is kept. The buildings are constructed with full of high quality materials and good sunlight is there. The nighborhood are helpful when needed.
Things need improvement
Everything is great and working well but the only dislike is that there are no aminities available which should include in the society as swimming pool, garden, club, park.
