Good things here

People here are very nice and cooperative. There are plenty of lifts in the society, separate ones for passengers and luggage. There are no issues with seepage, leakage, or ventilation. Basic amenities like a regular garden are available, so overall, the society is good. read more

Things need improvement

In this society, sweeping is done daily, but mopping is done only once a week, which is a major problem. There are no swings or play areas for kids, which is also a significant issue. The society is not properly maintained, and despite many complaints, no action has been taken. read more

Good things here

Connectivity is really good as there are schools and hospitals around the society. Local transport like auto ,cabs and public transport like railway station and bus stand are at the walkable distance from the society. construction quality is really great like there are no issues like leakage and seepage in the society. There is good security all the areas are under cctv survilance and even though society is neat clean and hygenic. Crowd of the people is really good and all the festivals are celebrated in the society. All the modern amenitie are there and fully functional. read more

Things need improvement

Only owners has one allocated parking in the society,there is no parking for visitors in the society. Power back up connection has been allocated to common areas only. There is only generator and no solar panel in the society. read more
