The society of this residence is so green and has considerable space for gardening. The place is so calm for meditation and yoga as well. I used to do meditation here every morning. The a huge space of jogging and walking track here. They ad basketball, football courts, cricket grounds, badminton court in this campus. They also include some additional conveniences like swimming pool, kids pool, aerobic rooms, gymnasium, small theatre, party halls etc. Construction is very good with the best fittings and fixtures of buildings and other structures as well. I think this project is highly recommended for all with lots of basic amenities.

This place has a lot of advantages of the sites which is much preferable for everyone. Many people are shifting from Mumbai to Thane because this area has ample job opportunities like Dombivali East MIDC and Bhiwandi Industrial area are in the neighbourhood to Thane. This place has a good transport system. Subhash Bridge connecting Kalyan East and West has been renovated into a 2 lane bridge to manage traffic jams of this place. Many schools such as Devi Dayal Hindi High School, St. Mary's High School and Pacific Global Pre-School are at very few distance for this beautiful project. Siddhivinayak Hospital, Jan Kalyan Multispecialty Hospital and Balaji Hospital are so close to this place. Advantages of shopping mall, medicine shops are available here.

I am a dweller of this estate for 2 years and I'm happy with their services and proposals for greater conveniences so much. It gives me a proper home-like feeling as well. The developers till now gave the best qualities of indulgences and maintenance to everyone. The beautifully constructed rooms have ample spaces to live and are well ventilated too. Decorations of every room are very high quality yet. Rooms are coloured with distemper colour and floors are designed with beautiful patterns of tiles. They offered us attached balconies with every flats. The elevators are so fastest. Overall all the settlements are quite good as well.

Apart from these, I have to mention some negative points of this place too. Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport is around 50 km from this project. Most of the time in the monsoon, people face waterlogging issues on the streets which is much disturbing to the dwellers. Bhiwandi to Kalyan route of Thane-Kalyan metro line 5 is confronting lots of adversaries as it will remove a lot of people in future. Illegal parking on the roads of this place makes quite traffic congestion and many of the dwellers cannot reach their destination in time. Highways such as Shreeram Chowk, Chakki Naka, and F Cabin Road in are harshly damaged and under maintained which make huge problems for going anywhere.
