Society has an excellent infrastructure in place, making it very convenient for residents. The well-maintained roads and absence of traffic jams during rush hours ensure smooth transportation. Having numerous nearby markets, grocery stores, and schools adds to the accessibility and convenience of daily life. The effective maintenance services and availability of CCTV contribute to a secure and well-organized environment. The provision of dedicated parking areas for residents is also a great convenience. Furthermore, the friendly and cooperative atmosphere among the people in the society fosters a sense of community and belonging.
Difficulty in accessing public transportation can be a major inconvenience for residents. Improving the availability and accessibility of transportation options could greatly enhance the quality of life. Malfunctioning elevators pose a safety risk and inconvenience for residents. Regular maintenance and repairs are essential to ensure they function properly. Inconsistent electricity and water supply disrupts daily life and cause inconvenience. Seepage, leakage, and poor ventilation indicate structural issues that need to be addressed. The absence of amenities such as parks, play areas, and community spaces can detract from the overall quality of life in the society. Festivals are not celebrated as such in the society.

In our society, residents enjoy various conveniences, including easy access to public transportation such as autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs, ensuring excellent connectivity. Nearby, essential amenities like markets, grocery stores, schools, malls, and restaurants are conveniently located. Adequate parking space is allotted to each resident, and comprehensive CCTV camera coverage ensures security throughout the area. Furthermore, residents benefit from uninterrupted water and electricity supply, with no reported instances of seepage or leakage. Additionally, our community actively celebrates a diverse array of events and festivals, promoting a warm and welcoming atmosphere among residents.
At times, there are temporary disruptions with the lifts, but these issues are promptly addressed and resolved. Despite the availability of amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse in our society, maintenance is lacking. The gardens are not well-kept, and scheduled painting works are often delayed.

Bus stand and auto stand were at walkable distance.Allocated parking for the resident .build quality of the apartment was above average. no water logging issues during rainy season.Crowd of the people is well behaved and friendly.
Maintenance of the society was below average.there are no amenities present in the society.allocated visitors parking is not there in the society.

Airport was just 2 km away from the society,society was allocated on main road,so easy to access with local market and local transportation.fully power back up facilities has been provided.allocated parking for resident and visitors ,high security system has been provided.society was neat,clean and well maintained.
Membership was required to use any of the amenities.Local railway station was 20 km away from the society.

Within the range 100 meters you can approach for local transport, grocerry ,chemist,local market and any other essentials. railway station is 2km away from the society. maintenance charges are reasonable in this society.
Quality of the construction is poor as there are leakage,seeepage,cracks on walls of the apartment. walls are very thin even door are of very poor quality. This is very basic society and there are no amenities in the society. There is no spacious parking in the society. Cleaniness is not good as timely mopping and sweeping is done in the society. maintenance facilities are just average. Intercom facilities are not functional since years now. There is no celebration of the festivals. Rooms are no spacious in this society.

Schools hospitals are at walkable distance,locality of the society is top notch.build quality is great,no leakage,seepage issues.all the amenities are very well maintained and functional.24/7 electricity and water supply.good security system,women safety has been priorities.
Society has allocated parking space for only those who have bough the parking.

Locality was really good like local transport were easily available in the society even though malls were there near by the society. Security staff was there at the entrance,society was neat ,clean and well maintained. Crowd of the people is really good all the festivals are celebrated in the society. 24/7 electricity supply in the society.
There was water supply issues in that society at that period of time. There were no amenities in that society which was major drawback. Society was far away from the local railway station. Power back up facilties were not there in that society.
