Good things here

Around the society, auto-rickshaws, cabs, and buses are readily available, and the roads are of good quality, facilitating convenient transportation. Cleanliness is well-maintained throughout the society, with all services provided in a timely manner. The construction is also of high quality, and despite the society being quite old, there haven't been any issues regarding construction thus far.

The construction of this apartment is almost 22 years old, yet it remains heavily built with no problems encountered so far. The construction is very strong and sturdy, making it difficult to drill into the walls due to their thickness. The building is well-maintained by the maintenance team, with timely renovations carried out by the society. Although CCTVs are only installed at the entrance, cleanliness is routinely maintained, and dry and wet garbage is segregated. All functions and festivals are celebrated within the society, fostering good social cohesion and coordination among the residents. There is a 24-hour water and utility supply, including a PNC water connection. Bachelors are also allowed in the society, and the surrounding area is easily accessible, being connected to a highway with bus cabs readily available nearby. One of the major and best features of this society is its highway connectivity. Within a 100-meter radius, there are multiple restaurants, hospitals, malls, and schools. Additionally, the Mumbai-Pune highway is situated near the society itself, further enhancing connectivity. This standout feature makes the society highly accessible and convenient�for�residents.

Things need improvement

Metro is not nearby the society, and the railway station is around 10 km away. Since this is an older construction, amenities were not included in residential life at that time. Therefore, this building lacks amenities like parking space, which is a major drawback. Additionally, the narrow space between buildings (just 1 meter) contributes to congestion issues. Being a 4-floor society, there are no lifts, solar panels,parking or power backup facilities provided by the builder. Security guards are also not available in these�societies.

Efficient garbage collection is also a boon, as it helps keep our surroundings clean and hygienic. Having well-maintained lifts is a huge plus, especially for residents on higher floors. It ensures smooth vertical transportation within the building, making it much easier for everyone to move around. And having designated parking spaces available is incredibly convenient. It means residents always have a place to park without having to worry about searching for a spot or dealing with parking-related hassles. Overall, these amenities and services contribute to a more comfortable and enjoyable living experience for all of us.

Good things here

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is very good. The constructuion quality is very good, no such issues like, seepage, leakage and plaster issues were faced in the society. Society was very peaceful and spacious.

Balcony was available, but it was open balcony for which birds used to make that space dirty. CCTV is not available. Security guards are not available as such. Other facilities like gym, swimming pool, club house, park, play area for kids are not available in the society. People are not friendly and cooperative. cultural events did not happen much. There are no power backups in the society. Garden area had a dog which was dangerous, no one could visit that area.

Increasing common charges without corresponding improvements or benefits can indeed be frustrating for residents. Transparent communication from management regarding any changes is essential to ensure residents understand the reasons behind the increase. Lack of adequate lighting in common areas can impact safety and convenience, particularly at night. Installing additional lighting can greatly enhance the security and usability of these areas. Furthermore, addressing the accumulation of miscellaneous items in common areas is crucial as it detracts from the appearance and functionality of the space.
