Good things here

It 's a Premium Community from Brigade which is a top most developer in Bengaluru. It is very close to Manyata Tech Park and Bhartiya City. Its a Premium unit on the top floor with an open view.It is fully Vastu Compliant

Things need improvement

Its not a high rise. its a 4 story building. It is slightly inside from the main road. About three to four hundred meters.

Though open spaces inside the project are few, it offers ample open areas for recreational activities. The amenities are provided as promised by the builders. Good place for family residence.

The project is a great place to call home. I'm talking about a gorgeous neighbourhood surrounding the. The society is welcoming with all the necessary amenities. Very serene surroundings throughout the day. Quite quiet and not very busy due to traffic.

This place has locational advantages also. The residence is well connected to highways. It is a few drive distances from our office Manyata Tech Park (8km) but we face a vital traffic jam at the pick time. There are some well-known schools such as Delhi Public School and Canadian International School that are just a few drive distances. Some superficiality hospitals like Columbia Asia Hospital (10km) and Baptist Hospital (12km) are very close to my apartment. That's why I can rush there in an emergency. International Airport too at least distance from my place and I think above all facilities are quite favourable for everyone. I quite liked the place and will be moving in soon after they are done with the remaining work.

I have bought a bhk flat in this place and will be living here with my husband. Frankly, the atmosphere is so relaxed and serene when I visited. I can easily carry on my job from here easily. This estate also has a good internet connection and uninterrupted power supply. Some other facilities such as hospitals, schools, shopping malls, shops for essential goods are at very few distances. So these are the major facets of favouring this place very much. I got all my queries solved by the agents very effectively and I am eagerly looking forward to move in soon.

Positively, this place is highly recommended for people who are looking for a luxurious living. But some other things I have to say that during monsoon we all face the waterlogging problem as I came to know. That is much disappointing. The streets were filled with water for few days after heavy rain. The locality has a poor drainage system too, that is what I found out during the visit. I think this is the actual reason for this waterlogging issue. There is no sanitisation panel on the campus which is much necessary to everyone during this pandemic. But except for these, the project is quite reasonable for all. Hope they will be done with the construction soon.

The project was my very first investment and I can say I am not disappointed. This place is perfect for refreshments. The whole campus is green and delicate and has a lot of space for tree planting. It has also a space for yoga and meditation. My husband has diabetes issue and he can walk every day on the jogging track. This place also has an ample space for basketball and tennis court, parks for children, gym, swimming pool with attached washroom, community hall, elders corner etc. I loved viewing the project and I am willing to move in soon.
