Good things here
Travel is quite convenient in this highly connected world because cars, taxis, buses, metro, and train stations are all easily accessible. It's a nice neighborhood to live in since everyone is so welcoming and friendly. The apartments have excellent ventilation and an abundance of natural light, and the building quality is excellent with no seepage, leaks, or cracks. A park, a children's play area, and a garden are some of the pleasant amenities that offer excellent areas for leisurely outdoor activities.
Things need improvement
The inconvenient things are that there are problems with electricity and water delivery. There aren't enough authorized parking spots, therefore it's difficult to get a spot. Because to improper window sealing, mosquitoes are able to enter the flats. Recreational activities are restricted because there are no facilities like clubs, a gym, or a swimming pool.

Good things here
The society excels in maintenance with prompt lift service, cleanliness, garbage collection, and timely issue resolution. Construction is top-notch with good ventilation and sunlight. Amenities like a garden, children's play area, gym, clubs, and a park are available.
Things need improvement
Connectivity is limited without auto, cabs, metro, or buses. There's no swimming pool available. The neighborhood lacks interaction and can be quieter, though there are no major noise issues.
