Good things here
the connectivity between this locality is just fantastic above all the other locality and the facilities we get in the price we pay is definitely worth it good to go property view from the building is also good to watch wonderful presentation of architecture.
Things need improvement
traffic problem,limited parking space,noise level and air pollution is also high living cost is also high

Ambience is good here, locals are friendly and supportive which is great thing. The houses here are value for money and people can enjoy here. In one year the closest metro station will be built.

The builder is so nice and humble and also responsible. The apartments are still under construction which are live able and will be live able totally till next year. The society location is quite good.

Locals are too supportive and the facilities provided in the apartments are so nice. There is no shortage of water, electricity, and many more other facilities are fully available here without any issues.

Roads are good and clean here. There are less issues concerning traffic jams here which reduces pollution as well. The transportation facilities ae good and well managed. Bus, auto, cabs are easily available from here.

Such place has a specific jogging and walking area. The nearest beach is 1.5 km away from the location. The bus stop is 200 meters away from the apartment. Religious places are 2 minutes away.
