Each resident benefits from designated parking, maintaining a sense of order and convenience. Connectivity is a strong point, with well-maintained roads and easily accessible public transport options including buses, autos, and cabs. Efficient garbage collection includes segregation of wet and dry waste, contributing to cleanliness. Elevators are installed and regularly maintained, ensuring smooth mobility within buildings. Residents enjoy uninterrupted 24/7 electricity and water supply, eliminating any concerns about utility disruptions. The buildings boast excellent construction quality, free from seepage or termite issues, and feature proper ventilation along with high-quality plaster and fittings. Modern amenities like a gym, clubhouse, play area, and two gardens are well-maintained and offer plenty of recreational options. The community spirit is strong, with very nice, friendly, and humble neighbors who create a welcoming atmosphere. Pet owners are considerate, taking great care of their pets without causing any disturbance to others. Security is robust, with CCTV cameras and 24/7 security guards ensuring a safe environment. These facilities collectively contribute to a comfortable, secure, and enjoyable living experience
Things need improvement
One minor inconvenience is that the road is currently under construction, although it is expected to be completed in three months. Additionally, there is no swimming pool, but this isn't a major issue. Other than these points, everything else is good.

Good things here
Autos were easy to find near the society, and we had amenities like a gym, play area, and garden. The residents were friendly, and the lifts were well taken care of. We celebrated festivals together, and the society was clean and secure.
Things need improvement
The roads outside the society were in bad shape. There were problems with leaks near the washrooms in all the flats, causing a bad smell, and cracks were starting to show up. Sometimes, there wasn't enough water supply. Plus, there was no swimming pool in the society.

Autos are easy to find near the society, and the roads outside are smooth with no traffic problems. There aren't any construction issues like leaks or seepage. All the modern amenities are available and well-maintained. People living here are friendly, and the flats have balconies with good airflow.
Things need improvement
During summers, there's a slight water issue in the society. Although water is generally available, there are occasional instances where water tankers need to be called in.
