Connectivity, like cabs, is available on the main road near the society. Alternatively, we can book cabs through Ola, as they are available. Hospitals are within 500 meters from the society for emergencies. Amenities like the swimming pool are well-maintained and hygienic. Water facilities are excellent, available 24/7 in the society. Power backup is also available for common areas in the apartment. Garbage collection is very efficient, done daily at a particular time in the society. The gym is also well-equipped, and amenities such as the clubhouse, tennis court, football court, and kids' play area are well-maintained. The parking area is very spacious, and there is a dedicated visitors' parking area in the society.
Autos are not easily available; one has to go 2 kilometers to find them. Construction quality is poor; there are some minor issues like leaks in the floor and drainage issues in the basement parking area. Maintenance charges are expensive. Public transportation, like buses, is available within 1 kilometer, which is very inconvenient.

Regular garbage collection and cleaning services maintain cleanliness. The helpful and friendly neighbors foster a supportive community atmosphere with interactive engagement.

The good thing about this society is that the environment is quiet and peaceful, with no noise disturbance. It is well-connected to nearby schools and all daily essentials are available nearby. Maintenance is commendable in all aspects; if any issues arise, they are fixed quickly, with reasonable maintenance charges. The construction quality is excellent, with no issues, and amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, swimming pool, and a good community hall for parties are conducted.
The major drawback of this society is parking. Residents of the society always face problems with parking, both for two-wheelers and four-wheelers.

The connectivity of the society is also commendable, with several supermarkets and pharmacies located within approximately 300 meters from the society. Schools, hospitals, and bus stops are conveniently situated around 1km away. The quality of construction and planning within the society is excellent, with each individual flat boasting good balcony space and ample ventilation. Residents have never encountered water supply issues.
There is a road of around 300 meters leading to the society. Along this road, there are several houses, but unfortunately, garbage is frequently thrown onto it, creating an issue. Additionally, the maintenance service of the society could be improved as common areas are not being adequately cleaned.
