Good things here
Connectivity, like cabs, is available on the main road near the society. Alternatively, we can book cabs through Ola, as they are available. Hospitals are within 500 meters from the society for emergencies. Amenities like the swimming pool are well-maintained and hygienic. Water facilities are excellent, available 24/7 in the society. Power backup is also available for common areas in the apartment. Garbage collection is very efficient, done daily at a particular time in the society. The gym is also well-equipped, and amenities such as the clubhouse, tennis court, football court, and kids' play area are well-maintained. The parking area is very spacious, and there is a dedicated visitors' parking area in the society.
Things need improvement
Autos are not easily available; one has to go 2 kilometers to find them. Construction quality is poor; there are some minor issues like leaks in the floor and drainage issues in the basement parking area. Maintenance charges are expensive. Public transportation, like buses, is available within 1 kilometer, which is very inconvenient.

The construction of the society is exemplary, with well-planned design and spacious rooms. High-quality plaster and walls ensure durability. Excellent ventilation and leak-proofing highlight the superior construction standards. Amenities such as a swimming pool, basketball court, badminton court, gym, community hall, squash court, play area, walking track, and garden are all in proper functioning condition. Within a 1 km radius, essential facilities like supermarkets, bus stops, milk centers, tiffin centers, petrol bunks, and shops are available. Outstanding road quality and ample parking space contribute to convenience, while properly functioning street lights ensure safety. Regular garbage collection and cleaning services maintain cleanliness. The helpful and friendly neighbors foster a supportive community atmosphere with interactive engagement.
Things need improvement
There is a single supermarket located within the community, providing residents with convenient access to essential groceries and supplies without needing to travel far.

Good things here
Convenience reigns as everything, including shopping malls, hospitals, and grocery stores, is within walking distance. Maintenance is impeccable with no water or garbage collection issues, and the walls remain crack-free. Residents are friendly and cooperative.

Occasional power cuts are a concern, prompting the need for improvements in the electricity supply infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted power for residents' daily activities and overall comfort.

The society is conveniently located near a major city, offering well-maintained amenities such as a swimming pool, playground, badminton court, and gym. Residents can access various facilities within a 3 km radius, including theaters, schools, and hospitals. Regular cleaning and garbage collection are conducted, and there have been no reported issues of leakages. The community is characterized by friendly and helpful residents who celebrate festivals like Ugadi, Holi, and Diwali.
Things need improvement
Rapido, Ola, and Uber services take considerable time to arrive within the society premises. Residents often experience delays when trying to book rides using these platforms, causing inconvenience for those reliant on transportation services.

The society boasts excellent connectivity with buses, cabs, supermarkets, and shopping malls nearby. Maintenance is top-notch with no issues regarding water, lift, cleanliness, or garbage collection. Construction quality is excellent, and amenities like swimming pool, gym, walking area, and garden are well-maintained. Residents are friendly, and the area is pollution-free with ample greenery, street lights, security guards, and CCTV cameras ensuring safety.

Residents have no dislikes as everything is within walking distance, maintenance is impeccable, and there are no issues with water, garbage collection, or unfriendly neighbors.

The society maintains cleanliness both outside and inside, with 24/7 water supply, no power cuts, and daily garbage collection. There are no cracks on walls, ensuring a peaceful and neat environment. Amenities such as the swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse are well-maintained. Everything, including public transport, supermarkets, shopping malls, and schools, is conveniently located nearby. The surrounding people are friendly, celebrating festivals like Ganesh Chaturthi, Dussehra, Ugadhi, and Holi together.

Sometimes, there are dust issues due to ongoing construction activities, necessitating measures to mitigate the impact and maintain cleanliness within the surroundings for the comfort of residents.

Good things here
The good thing about this society is that the environment is quiet and peaceful, with no noise disturbance. It is well-connected to nearby schools and all daily essentials are available nearby. Maintenance is commendable in all aspects; if any issues arise, they are fixed quickly, with reasonable maintenance charges. The construction quality is excellent, with no issues, and amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, swimming pool, and a good community hall for parties are conducted.
Things need improvement
The major drawback of this society is parking. Residents of the society always face problems with parking, both for two-wheelers and four-wheelers.

The amenities of the society are the standout feature because residents have access to various recreational facilities such as a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, park, badminton courts, play areas, and numerous indoor games, all of which are well-maintained. The connectivity of the society is also commendable, with several supermarkets and pharmacies located within approximately 300 meters from the society. Schools, hospitals, and bus stops are conveniently situated around 1km away. The quality of construction and planning within the society is excellent, with each individual flat boasting good balcony space and ample ventilation. Residents have never encountered water supply issues.
Things need improvement
There is a road of around 300 meters leading to the society. Along this road, there are several houses, but unfortunately, garbage is frequently thrown onto it, creating an issue. Additionally, the maintenance service of the society could be improved as common areas are not being adequately cleaned.
