The elevators are well maintained and undergo regular inspection, ensuring smooth operation. Additionally, the security systems in place are robust. The society has excellent recreational facilities, including a tennis court, basketball play area, and badminton court. Furthermore, residents can enjoy amenities such as a clubhouse, gym, and swimming pool. The ventilation inside the flats is adequate, and there is abundant greenery in the surroundings

We have basement parking, which is super convenient. Plus, there are plenty of amenities like a swimming pool, playground, gym, clubhouse, and squash court to keep everyone entertained. The residents are friendly and cooperative, making it a great place to live. Our buildings are designed for good ventilation, and maintenance keeps everything clean with daily garbage collection. The lifts work well, and we never have any issues with water or power availability.
The community is dealing with challenges due to limited bus availability and malfunctioning street lights, which affect transportation and safety. Resolving these issues quickly would improve residents' daily lives and ensure their well-being.

The construction of the society is of high quality, with well-designed flats featuring good ventilation. Currently, more than 100 families call the society home, and the association functions smoothly. Maintenance of the society is top-notch, with 24/7 water supply, reliable power backup, and thorough cleaning services throughout the premises. The maintenance charges are reasonable given the extensive amenities provided, including a clubhouse, squash court, gym, swimming pool, and play areas.
The association of the society is not great and the celebrations are not organized properly sometimes. There is a need for improvement in overall maintenance.

Cabs and auto-rickshaws are easily accessible in the main area, also within walking distance from the society. Amenities like swimming pools, gyms, and well-equipped kids' play areas are well-maintained in the society. Additionally, there is provision for limited visitor parking. Water facilities are excellent and available in every apartment. Maintenance overall is pretty good in the society.
Maintenance charges in the society are expensive. The nearest hospital is quite far from the city, around 4-5 kilometers away, which can be inconvenient in emergencies. Additionally, the metro under construction near the busy area of the city is causing traffic congestion.

When comparing with other apartments, power backup is also reliable, and garbage collection is efficient. The community in the society is very welcoming. Ventilation in the flats is excellent. Parking areas are spacious, and there is also a designated visitor parking area. Facilities such as markets, malls, and vegetable markets are available nearby.
Maintenance charges in the society are expensive. Hospitals are located quite far from the society, approximately 3 kilometers away, which can be inconvenient during emergencies. Similarly, the railway station is also distant, approximately 10 kilometers away from the society.

There's no traffic issue, basement parking is available, construction quality was good initially, amenities like gym, clubhouse, and play area are available, and the people are friendly. CCTV, 24/7 security, and power backup are also provided.
There's no public transport connectivity, some construction issues have appeared, elevators sometimes create problems, there's a water shortage during summer with reliance on tanker water, and maintenance has declined since the builder stopped managing it.

My flat in the society has good ventilation and receives plenty of sunlight. All festivals are celebrated, cleanliness is maintained, and the society has all modern amenities. The residents are decent.
There is no access to autos or buses near the society, and the connectivity is very poor. There are some issues with leakage and seepage. This year, there was a water shortage in the summer. The lifts are not well-maintained.
