Garbage collection is consistently timely and well-managed. The society benefits from convenient connectivity with easy access to public transport options like autos and cabs. Road conditions are excellent, complemented by functional streetlights ensuring safety at night. Ample parking space is available within the society. Elevators are installed and well-maintained for resident convenience. The community comprises educated and respectful individuals, actively organizing cultural festivals and events.
Nearby, there are no local shops, supermarkets, schools, hospitals, or grocery stores available near the society. The construction quality is average, with noticeable seepage, leakage, and damp issues present.

The construction quality of the society is very satisfactory with no seepage and leakage issues. The transportation connectivity is also good with easy availability of public transport options like metro buses and autos nearby. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available and well maintained. Maintenance quality is also fine with proper cleanliness and hygiene. CCTVs and Elevators are installed in the society. The neighborhood is friendly and cooperative and celebrate all festivals and events together.
Sometimes inconvenience due to the mobile network issues and present of stray dogs and monkeys in the society. Paintings are not done timely. In the rainy season, some water logging issues exist outside the society. The road quality outside the society must be improved.

I lived there 1. 5 years ago. The market area was nearby, and autos and rickshaws were readily available. Maintenance was good, ensuring cleanliness. There were no seepage or leakage issues in the flats, and waterlogging was not a problem. The society had a well-maintained gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool, but I didn't use them as my working hours were different, and I didn't interact much with neighbors due to time constraints. They were somewhat friendly. Rest, I don't know much because of my night shifts, which didn't allow me much time to explore or learn about the society.
Due to my specific working hours, I spent a limited amount of time in my flat, and I am not well acquainted with the shortcomings of the society. However, I have mentioned the positive aspects and likes of the society.

Auto-rickshaws are available outside the society. The society is clean, and water is available 24/7. There is power backup for the entire society. All modern amenities are present in the society and well-maintained. The flats are well-ventilated, and there is no issue of leakage or seepage. The residents are very cooperative.
The metro station is not within walking distance. Malls and restaurants are 2-3 km away. Power cuts are a common issue in our area, especially during the summer.

Things have improved in terms of maintenance and housekeeping compared to before. The cleanliness is satisfactory. There is ample parking available for both residents and visitors. Painting is done on time in the society. The safety and security department is efficient, with cameras also installed inside the lifts. There are no issues of seepage or leakage, and the construction quality of this society is better compared to others. Amenities like gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are available. Additionally, there is a temple, parks, and playground space for children within the society.
Connectivity is a major issue in all the societies in this area. It's a horrible problem. It takes half an hour just to get to the highway or towards Noida. There's a problem with planning and execution in the societies in this area. The roads are so narrow that it causes heavy traffic, making it take half an hour just to get out. There's a lot of traffic during peak hours, especially on Monday mornings. God forbid if someone falls ill and needs urgent transportation, they can't leave immediately. In big cities, it's an issue that no one has time to meet with others; everyone is busy with their own lives.

We don't have any issues with garbage collection and power cuts here. I'm pleased to note that the lifts are in good condition, and there are no security issues. I appreciate the provision of walking paths within our community. It encourages outdoor activities and exercise, which is great for our physical and mental well-being. It's nice to have these amenities right within our living space. The presence of club halls for celebrations adds to the social vibrancy of our community. It provides us with spaces to come together and celebrate special occasions, fostering a sense of belonging and camaraderie among residents.
I find the poor connectivity here quite inconvenient, especially since it requires us residents to walk before accessing transportation. I miss having garden areas within our community. Their absence diminishes the aesthetic appeal and recreational opportunities available to us residents. The ongoing disputes with the village regarding the outside road create uncertainties and potential disruptions in access for us. Although seepage and leakage issues are eventually resolved, they indicate a need for more proactive maintenance efforts. The terrible condition of the road within our community detracts from our overall quality of life and may even pose safety risks. The inability to conduct white wash due to builder issues is frustrating, as it highlights lingering unresolved matters that impact the aesthetics and upkeep of our residences.

Malls and markets are easily available near the society. Overall transportation connectivity of the society is good. Balconies are provided in the society. Amenities like gym swimming are clubhouse are available. Residents are friendly and cooperative.
Maintenance quality is very poor. Hygiene, water supply, garbage cleanling are not maintained properly. There are muddy roads nearby. Construction quality average with some seepage issues in the building. Security is also not up to the mark. Amenities are not functional. RWA management needs to be improved.

There are no issues with transportation connectivity, and the water supply is also good. All the amenities here are excellent, including the swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym.
Overall, the maintenance of the society is not good, and there is a significant issue with seepage. Seepage is a prevalent problem in the buildings. .

The construction quality here is average, but it's still alright. The people are nice, and it's really convenient having schools and hospitals nearby. Overall, there are no major issues
The connectivity in this location is really poor. There are no buses, cabs, or even a metro available nearby, making it difficult to get around. Plus, the lack of facilities like pools, gyms, or a clubhouse is disappointing. It's definitely not an ideal place to be.

The people living nerby are nice and cooperative . maintenance facilities provided by the society are also good.
The connectivity of the society was not that much good as there is no metro station near by .
