When I decided to buy an apartment in Ardente Pine Grove, the amenities grabbed my interest. The building is packed with a swimming pool, natural pond, fountain, squash court, shopping centre, library and so on.

It is a very good society and cleanliness is maintained all over the building. I can say the society is quite safe being a gated community and CCTV surveillance. There is ample space for parking.

Dmart and other supermarkets are within kilometers, a gas station is within meters, and all types of stores, such as vegetables, groceries, electronics, and so on, are nearby. I can also get fresh veggies at Reliance Fresh, which is within kilometer. There is no footpath on the road, it is a two-way road, cars will be going extremely quickly, there is no metro close, and we will have to deal with some traffic during peak hours.

This location features ATMs, shopping malls, schools, and grocery shops within walking distance. Then this location provides a pleasant ambiance and offers enough security. In Bangalore, this is an excellent developing location. It is a sought-after residential neighborhood in Bangalore because it is ideally located between three main IT corridors: Electronic City, Sarjapur Road, and Whitefield. It is a more habitable area in Bangalore since it has a decent water table level and two huge lakes nearby. I amvery happy here.
