Good things here
There is located parking available, which is well-maintained in the society. My experience here has been quite good. The society is kept clean, and garbage collection is done on time. Additionally, the connectivity of the society is very good, with roads in excellent condition and friendly people. Various festivals are also celebrated in the society, and it's pet-friendly with rules in place that everyone follows. Overall, the society�is�very�good.
Things need improvement
There's nothing in the society that needs improvement; it's very good overall. However, there's a minor issue with the construction quality, which is noticeable in certain areas, such as outside the flats and in common areas where there's a problem�with�seepage.

The connectivity in Greater Noida is excellent, thanks to well-constructed roads that remain intact, ensuring smooth traffic flow. The construction quality of the society is commendable, offering well-ventilated flats. Maintenance standards are high, with all amenities such as the gym, clubhouse, garden, and pool being well-maintained for residents' enjoyment and comfort.
Things need improvement
In my opinion, while the overall maintenance of the site is satisfactory, there is room for improvement. Additionally, fostering a more cooperative and supportive atmosphere among society members could enhance the overall living experience. Other than these aspects, I haven't encountered any major issues within the society.

Good things here
Society enjoys convenient connectivity with nearby availability of cabs, autos, and public transport. The people in the community are very welcoming and celebrate all festivals together. There are no issues such as leaks, seepage, or cracks in the buildings. We have reliable water and electricity supply, and proper garbage collection services. Security and parking facilities are excellent.
Things need improvement
Amenities were getting built at that time , so no amenities were there in the society at that time . I had no other issues in the society at that time , it was a pleasant stay .

Good things here
Connectivity is convenient with a nearby metro, and the road outside the society is in good condition. amenities are satisfactory with all facilities available. The residents are cooperative, fostering a positive environment where festivals are celebrated together
Things need improvement
Maintenance poses a challenge due to issues from the builder. Although CCTV is installed, it doesn't function properly, and there are problems with seepage and waterlogging in the basement, which the management hasn't addressed adequately. Parking remains an ongoing issue within the society.

Good things here
Everything is available in public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. The connectivity is very convinient. Market areas, grocery store, schools, malls, restaurants all are nearby the society. Balcony is available in my appartment. The maintainance charges are reasonable. The maintainance services are good in the society, the society is kept clean. Water logging issues are not faced as such, drainage system is good in the society. Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society. Open parking spaces are available. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. The society is very safe at night as well, the area is very good. People are very understanding and friendly in the society.

The society was under construction when I used to stay there. Right now it is very well constructed and everything is properly maintained and available.

Good things here
All the festivals are well celebrated. People are much kind and interactive one you are good to them. Families functions are too followed. Good park, resort like swimming pool and other facilities.
Things need improvement
I do not find anything, it have Dominos in its Park Street Premise, Lenskart, Apollo and 4 other well established Medical, Fruit stores, and Evergreen/ TRK restaurent.
