Good things here
Nearby shops, schools, and restaurants are easily accessible, and we maintain high cleanliness standards with timely garbage collection. Water supply is consistent, and the construction quality is reliable, free from common issues like seepage or leakage. Residents enjoy facilities such as a gym, park, clubhouse, and children's play area. Our community is friendly and cooperative, often celebrating cultural events together, and pet rules are strictly enforced. Lifts are well-maintained for convenience, and CCTV ensures security.
Things need improvement
However, our society does not have a swimming pool facility available. Apart from that, there are no issues in this society.

Good things here
You have a nice park nearby, and since the society is near the main road, public transport is easily accessible. You also have vegetable markets and grocery shops nearby. Garbage collection is punctual, and lift maintenance is good too. It's wonderful that all festivals are celebrated in the society
Things need improvement
There's no swimming pool, and it would have been convenient if there were grocery shops and vegetable markets within the society. Maintenance could be improved, and beautification of the society is needed.

Iving in this society has been a fantastic experience. Being situated right on the main road makes everything so convenient, from commuting to accessing nearby shops and services. The people here are also wonderful�friendly, welcoming,
Things need improvement
There's no gym or swimming pool, which is quite disappointing for those who enjoy these amenities. Additionally, the building is a bit old and could use some updates. It would be much better if these issues were addressed to improve the overall living experience.

Good things here
The lift is good and well-maintained. Garbage collection is done daily. Ventilation is excellent. People are helpful and friendly. The garden, park, and parking slots are all well-maintained. Public transport is easily accessible.
Things need improvement
The maintenance team charges extra for installing tube lights. Vegetable markets and grocery shops are far away. There's no swimming pool. There's no trainer available in the gym. No functions are held in the clubhouse.

Good things here
Maintenance is excellent, with no issues related to power cuts or lift malfunctions. The society offers a relaxing and livable environment, with ample parking spaces provided for residents.
Things need improvement
The only issue that affects the community's image is the condition of the road outside, particularly during rainy seasons when it becomes muddy and difficult to travel on.

The location of the society is outstanding , the connectivity is also good like market area , multiply malls , metro , public transport are available nearby the society

Good things here
Purani society hai. Sab theek chal raha hai. Society main road pe hai isliye connectivity accha hai. Autos, cabs sab available rehta hai easily. Roads acche hain society ke bahar. Elevator maintenance regular hai. Last year paint hua tha, No drainage issues. Basement parking bhi hai. Amenities like clubouse , gym, 2 parks hain and temple sab hai society mein. Power back up bhi accha hai. Log acche rehte hain friendly, festivals and frequent kuch na kuch events hota rehta hai society mein. Society is safe even at nights, ek hi gate hai toh controlled hai entry.
Things need improvement
Thoda bohot toh seepage/leakage ka problem toh hota hi hai, yeh toh universal problem hai. Metro door hai society ke, around 8-9 kms door hai society se. Traffic toh rehta hai thoda bohot. Peak time, Festivals ya construction time pe zyada traffic issue rehta hai. Pest control nahi hota hai society mein , khud karana padhta hai. There is no swimming pool in the society because choti society hai.

Good things here
There are no issues with power cuts or water supply; everything is properly maintained. All modern amenities are available and well-maintained. The residents are all good, and pets are allowed in the society. Auto-rickshaws are available nearby. The roads outside the society are good, and the society itself is clean. There are no issues with leakage or seepage in my flat, and the flats are well-ventilated with ample sunlight. Residents' parking is sufficient, and issues are resolved promptly.
Things need improvement
There is a bit of a traffic issue, and the metro station is not nearby. There is no parking inside the society for visitors; they have to park outside. There is no swimming pool.
