Good things here
As a resident of our society, I am extremely satisfied with every aspect of living here. The construction quality is top-notch, and the cleanliness is consistently maintained, ensuring a pleasant environment for everyone. transportation is incredibly convenient, with cabs, the metro, and buses readily available. neighbors frequently socialize and support each other, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Things need improvement
As a resident of our society, I find it difficult to pinpoint major issues since everything is generally well-maintained and convenient. However, there are a couple of minor areas that could use some attention. First, while the cleanliness and construction quality are excellent, it would be great if we had more greenery and landscaped areas to enhance the aesthetic appeal and provide a more relaxing environment.

Good things here
Water and electricity supply 24 hours in the society. All the amenities are there are in the society like gym, swimming pool, clubhouse , garden. Public transport are easily available nearby the society. Neighbors are friendly and interactive.
Things need improvement
The society has some problems with leaks and water seeping through the walls. These issues can cause damage and discomfort for the residents. Fixing these problems is important to improve living conditions.

Good things here
The building is very strong with no cracks, The society's construction quality is good, with no issues of leakage or seepage anywhere. Security is also excellent, . The lifts work well and all amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, garden, and parks are available.
Things need improvement
Everything is available and there are no issues within the community. People are happy with everything and don't have any problems. Their enjoyment of society's norms is high.

Good things here
Auto and cab availability is easy, parking is available both on the ground and in the basement, flats are well-ventilated, garbage collection is efficient, painting is ongoing, amenities are well-maintained, and the society is pet-friendly.
Things need improvement
There is some traffic, seepage and cracks are present on the walls of the building, there is no nearby supermarket, and a previously opened supermarket closed due to lack of profit.

Regarding recreation, there is only a basketball court; there are no tennis or shuttle courts. Both a swimming pool and a gym are absent. The gridlock is severe. Some travel time for shopping Some disruptions during the rainy season.

No space for parking large trucks like containers. Despite being gated, the builder-owned amenities cost money for us to use. Smashaan on the backside of the neighbourhood's busy community.

One of Manikonda's largest communities, it contains about 750 apartments spread across 7 towers. Regarding recreation, there is only a basketball court; there are no tennis or shuttle courts. With a 40-foot spacing between each block, BRC management should at the very least set up shuttle courts between them.
