Good things here
Connectivity is very fast and easy like auto,buses,cabs are easy to catch. all the facilities like gym,swiming pool,parking area all are top-notch.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is very bad.railing of the balcony is getting rusty and breakable.seepage,leakage issue arises on rainy season.

Good things here
Greenery society,basement parking is quite big.connectivity is smooth.location is excelent,unit size is very sufficient for family.
Things need improvement
In the gym eqquipments are very old and breakable in any time, maintenanceis very poor.seepage,lekage isusues are geeting . flat owner sale a small house with the taking name of the society, which is not allowed.

The society is located in a very good location, all the necessary amenities all avaliable in the society the connectivity is good as public transport is easily avaliable
Things need improvement
Maintaince and cleaniness is required in the society, the construction is also not that great as there is seepage in some parts

The roads are in great shape and well-lit, making the area feel safe. The society is spotless, and there are some good amenities available too.
Things need improvement
Public transport is pretty solid around here, but the metro station is a good 10 km away from the society, which is a bit of a distance.

The amenities are top-notch – we've got a fantastic gym with all the right equipment. The metro is conveniently close by, and the people in the society are pretty great too.

Things are generally smooth in the society, but we could step up our game when it comes to resolving issues.

Good things here
Getting cabs and autos near the society is a breeze. Our facilities are top-notch, and the neighbors are a cooperative bunch – we even celebrate festivals together. Cleanliness is definitely a priority in the society.
Things need improvement
Smooth sailing in the society – no major issues. Just thinking we could step up our maintenance game a bit.

Lifts are doing their job, and the CCTV is on point in our society. Overall, it's a pretty good place to be.

Visitor parking is a real headache – we need to do something about it, take some action.

Good things here
Our society rocks in terms of connectivity – a metro station is just 6 to 7 km away, and public transport is readily available. The folks here are super friendly, giving off such a positive vibe, and we celebrate festivals like one big family.
Things need improvement
Maintenance is a real headache in the society – garbage disposal is a mess, balcony lights are on strike, solar panels are taking a nap, and the construction quality leaves much to be desired with seepage issues in some spots.

Maintenance is not upto the mark, construction quality is average, Electricity issue, power supply backup is poor.

The lifts are doing a decent job, cleanliness is on point, and the CCTV cameras are also working fine in the society.
Things need improvement
We're lacking security guards and a supervisor, which is a real bummer. Safety is pretty poor, and connectivity is basically nonexistent.
