Good things here
The housing society stands out with its exceptional construction quality, ensuring sturdy and well-built homes that provide residents with a sense of security and long-term reliability. The high standard of construction reflects a commitment to quality and durability, which is evident in the overall infrastructure of the community. Moreover, both connectivity and maintenance are strong points of the society. Residents benefit from good connectivity, with easy access to major roads and public transport options, making commuting convenient. Additionally, the maintenance of the society is commendable, with well-kept common areas and efficient management of essential services, ensuring a clean and organized environment for all residents. Furthermore, the active social life within the community enhances the overall living experience, with various events and activities that promote interaction and foster a sense of community among residents.
Things need improvement
However, there are areas where the housing society could improve. While the construction quality and maintenance are commendable, the range of amenities offered is somewhat limited. Expanding the amenities available, such as recreational facilities, green spaces, or additional community gathering areas, would cater to a broader range of resident interests and enhance the overall quality of life. Additionally, while the social life is active, there could be more diversity in the types of events and activities offered to ensure they appeal to all demographics within the community. Addressing these areas for improvement would further elevate the housing society as a desirable place to live.

Good things here
The society has good connectivity with auto, cabs, metro, railway station, buses, and no traffic issues. Maintenance is good with lifts, cleaning, garbage collection, and issues solved on time. The construction quality of the soc is also good as i dont face any issues regarding seepage and cracks. Neighbourhood is also nice here, people are good and engaging. Club houses and public parks are available here for recreational purposes.
Things need improvement
There are issues relating to electricity sometimes. Gyms and swimming pools are not available here, apart from this; i don't face any issues here, it feels good to live here.

Good things here
There is less traffic, improved connectivity, and an easy way to get around. Garbage collection and cleaning are excellent examples of maintenance. A wide range of facilities are provided by the housing society, such as a park, playground for kids, garden, gym, clubhouse and lots of green space.
Things need improvement
The construction has issues with leakage, cracks and seepage which needs to be improved and maintianed. The people behavior needs improvement as they are not polite as they should be while talking to another person.

Good things here
The bus stop nearby provides great connectivity, making it convenient to travel. Maintenance, construction, amenities, and the neighborhood are all good as well. Overall, it's a satisfactory place to live with convenient access to transportation and a decent living environment.
Things need improvement
I'm really happy here; there's nothing I don't like. We have everything: good connections, maintenance, construction quality, amenities, and a great neighborhood.

Society me 90% families hi raheti hai. bus stop and auto stand society se baharhi hai. goodwill shopping mall and restaurants walking distance pr hai. hospital and dental Clinic pass me hai. society ke bahar ke roads kafi acche hai. main road se society 100miters walking distance pr hai us vajah se koi bhi pollution nhi hai. gym properly maintained hai. sare residents cooperative hai and society bohot peaceful hai. sare events bohot achese hote hai. visitors ke liye bohot acchi parking space hai. security ke liye my gate app use hoti hai.
Things need improvement
Park bohot chota hai. activity hall thoda aur bada hona chayiye kam padata hai. airport 3-4 km distance pr hai. summers me pani ka issue ata hai tankers bulane padate hai. kbhi kbhi power cut hota hai, power backup sirf common area ke liye hai. society me swimming pool nhi hai.

Connectivity of the society was good,auto ,cabs were easily available.allocated parking space for owners and visitors.top notch Maintenance and build quality.

There was no swimming pool in the society.power back up facilities were not there in the society.

Good things here
Local transport and essentials are easily available near by the society. Build quality is excellent as there is no issues regarding leakage and seepage. All the modern amenities are available in the society except swimming pool. 24/7 water and electricity supply available in the society. full power back up facilities has been provided by the builder. Allocated parking space is available for owners and visitors.
Things need improvement
There is no metro line yet near by the society. railway station is 8km away from the society but the airport is just 4km away which is plus point about the society. There is no swimming pool in the society.
