Additionally, the metro station is conveniently located within walking distance of the society. Within a 1km radius, residents have access to shopping malls, bus stops, hospitals, and international schools are easily accessible. The society itself has excellent amenities, including a park, swimming pool, temple, children's play area, and grocery store, catering to the various needs of its residents. Maintenance standards are top-notch, with no reported issues regarding water or electricity. The society employs competent maintenance and housekeeping staff who promptly address any minor issues that may arise. Furthermore, the construction quality of the society is commendable, with minimal instances of water leakages, promptly attended to by the maintenance team.
The gym is currently under construction, posing a disadvantage for residents. Additionally, heavy traffic congestion persists just outside the society due to its prime location

Additionally, the friendly and well-educated community celebrates various festivals together, fostering a harmonious environment.
During office hours, traffic issues arise in the society due to the proximity of workplaces, causing congestion on the roads. This often leads to delays and challenges for residents.

Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. Cleaning should be improved outside of the society. There are a lot of traffic issues near and in the society. Road quality is not good in the society.

Hospitals are available within a nearby vicinity, making it very convenient. There are visitor parking facilities in the society.
Construction quality is very poor; there are some leaks and seepages in the flats, possibly due to the building being 15 years old and some areas having deteriorated. Parking spaces sometimes cause inconvenience due to congestion, especially in older buildings.

Maintenance of the lift is very poor in the society, with the lift frequently facing issues. The road quality inside the society is not good, which is very inconvenient.

The location of our society is prime, but it suffers from a lot of traffic issues, especially at night and during rainy conditions.

The major problem in this community is its parking because there are only limited spaces available for residents. The construction was done around 20 years ago so there are some minor seepages.
