The best aspect of this society is its location, which is highly advantageous as it is situated in a high-tech city with easy access to the IT hub. Additionally, the metro station is conveniently located within walking distance of the society. Within a 1km radius, residents have access to shopping malls, bus stops, hospitals, and international schools are easily accessible. The society itself has excellent amenities, including a park, swimming pool, temple, children's play area, and grocery store, catering to the various needs of its residents. Maintenance standards are top-notch, with no reported issues regarding water or electricity. The society employs competent maintenance and housekeeping staff who promptly address any minor issues that may arise. Furthermore, the construction quality of the society is commendable, with minimal instances of water leakages, promptly attended to by the maintenance team.
Things need improvement
The gym is currently under construction, posing a disadvantage for residents. Additionally, heavy traffic congestion persists just outside the society due to its prime location

The road condition is commendable, coupled with functioning street lights. Ample parking space is available for both residents and visitors. The array of amenities including a swimming pool, gym, table tennis, basketball and squash courts, walking track, children's play area, and garden add to the appeal. Maintenance is exemplary, with daily cleaning of common areas, and a reliable 24/7 water and power supply. The secure and well-maintained elevators ensure safety. The construction quality is notable, with no cracks on walls and ample ventilation and sunlight in every room. Additionally, the friendly and well-educated community celebrates various festivals together, fostering a harmonious environment.
Things need improvement
During office hours, traffic issues arise in the society due to the proximity of workplaces, causing congestion on the roads. This often leads to delays and challenges for residents.

The surroundings boast hygienic conditions, with 24/7 water and power supply, proper painting, and functioning lifts. The greenery of plants and trees adds to the well-kept ambiance. Connectivity is convenient, with bus stops, shopping malls, and supermarkets within a 100-meter walkable distance. The road condition is good, complemented by functioning street lights. Amenities like a gym, clubhouse, swimming pool, table tennis, basketball court, kids' play area, walking track, and garden cater to residents' leisure. The community fosters a friendly and cooperative atmosphere, where festivals are celebrated together.

Parking is very spacious, and there is also a designated visitors' parking area in the society. There is a supermarket inside the society, which is very convenient for groceries. The greenery of the society is very spacious, and there is also a running track set in the society. Additionally, there is a visitor parking area in the society.
Things need improvement
Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. Cleaning should be improved outside of the society. There are a lot of traffic issues near and in the society. Road quality is not good in the society.

Connectivity with cabs and autos is easily available if we book online. Water facilities are very good, and there is reliable power backup. Garbage collection is very good; they collect both wet and dry waste separately in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable. Public transportation like buses is available within a convenient 100 meters. Parking facilities are very convenient in the society. Hospitals are available within a nearby vicinity, making it very convenient. There are visitor parking facilities in the society.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is very poor; there are some leaks and seepages in the flats, possibly due to the building being 15 years old and some areas having deteriorated. Parking spaces sometimes cause inconvenience due to congestion, especially in older buildings.

People are very friendly, cooperative, and respectable in the society. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, badminton court, and football court are available and well-maintained in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. The parking area is very spacious in the society, and there is also a visitors parking area available.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is very poor; there are some seepage and leakage issues in the society apartments, like seepages seen in parking areas. Maintenance of the lift is very poor in the society, with the lift frequently facing issues. The road quality inside the society is not good, which is very inconvenient.

The society has excellent security with CCTV cameras in place. Additionally, connectivity is optimal with a nearby metro station, and schools, hospitals, and shopping malls are all within a 200-meter radius. Maintenance is top-notch, ensuring regular water supply and reliable power backup systems. Furthermore, the construction quality is high, without any visible cracks or flaws.

The location of our society is prime, but it suffers from a lot of traffic issues, especially at night and during rainy conditions.

The major problem in this community is its parking because there are only limited spaces available for residents. The construction was done around 20 years ago so there are some minor seepages.
