Good things here
The view from the apartment is really lovely. We get beautiful sunsets, and it's even more breathtaking during the rainy season when the sunlight breaks through. There are plenty of other perks, but personally, I just love the beauty of the society.
Things need improvement
Getting around is a nightmare because there aren't many transport options, and the markets in the area are a mess and really inconvenient.

Good things here
The apartment view is very nice. Beautiful sunsets, it is even better in the rainy season when the sunlight comes back. A lot of other perks are there but i personally like the beauy of the society.
Things need improvement
Transport options are limited and commuting is a nightmare. Markets in the area are disorganized and inconvenient.

Good things here
The staff here do a great job handling real-time issues like power cuts and water supply problems. People also really appreciate how humble and polite they are.
Things need improvement
We don't have enough basic stuff around here, and it's really hard to get to other places because the connections are so bad.

Living in this area is stress-free because there aren't any parking problems, and we have all the basic facilities we need. It's pretty easygoing!

The prepaid electricity system ends up costing us more because of hidden maintenance fees that we weren't aware of.

The elevators often break down or malfunction, they're slow, and there's always too many people in them, which makes residents pretty unhappy.

I could not find any proper park or playground as mentioned in the brochure. no doubt as per the saying this project is one of the best projects. But it could not be only for 2-3 towers people.
