Good things here
The society has good connectivity; autos and buses are easily accessible. The residents are good and decent. Festivals are celebrated cooperatively within the society. Water is available 24/7.
Things need improvement
There are many construction-related issues such as leakage, seepage, and cracks indicating poor construction quality. Although there are modern amenities in the society, they are not maintained at all. Cleanliness is also not maintained in the society.

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Metro was nearby the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbages collection is done on time. Water supply is good in the society. Drinking water is avilable for 24*7 in the society. No such electricity issues are faced in the society. Power backup is avilable in the society. Drainage system is good in the society, water logging issues are not faced. Pest control was done on time. Open space parking is available in the society. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Balcony is available in the society. Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. CCTV is avilable. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, parks, play area for kids are available in the society. Lift is avilable in the society. People are friendly and cooperative in the society.
Things need improvement
Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are not available outside the society. Infrastructure and parking area can be improved.

Good things here
The maintenance of the society is above average like cleanliness is nicely maintained in society. Plus, all amenities are well maintained like gym & clubhouse. People are educated and festivals like holi and diwali are celebrated together in society premises .

Overall there is no such issues in the society, it is just the issue resolution process can be a bit quick.

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. Water supply issues are not faced. Drainage system is good, water logging issues are not faced in the society. Mobile network issues are not faced. People are friendly and cooperative Roads outside the society are well maintained. Traffic issues are not faced outside the society.
Things need improvement
The constructuion quality is not good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house,park, play area for kids are available in the society but nothing is maintained properly. Electricity issues are faced, charges are very high.

Good things here
The society is very good to live in it has a great connectivity as location wise its the best the market is at a walking distance and school and hospital are at a radius of 5 km.
Things need improvement
The construction quality could have been better but as of now no such complain has arised and the only draw back is that there is an open waste water channel which in summer smell a bit

Good things here
The metro station is very close, and e-rickshaws are always available. The market is nearby. Maintenance is good, and cleanliness is well-maintained. There are CCTV cameras and lifts. There is no water supply issue in the society. Currently, there are no issues with seepage or leakage in my new flat. The society has a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool, all of which are well-maintained. Neighbors are good and cooperative, and we celebrate festivals together.
Things need improvement
There is a significant issue with stray dogs in the society; many dogs enter, posing a potential danger. Despite this, the rest of the society is amazing, as I have already mentioned the likes.
